Edit, I guess this should be moved to the product feedback forum. Hi, I'm uploading an attachment in a commerce product. But... 1: I set the Storage Settings for attachments to be stored locally, max upload size is controlled by nginx's client_max_body_size. In this scenario, everything works just fine, even to upload a 2 gigs file. 2: I use an Amazon S3 bucket. As soon as I enable S3 for attachments, php limitations take place in the upload process, and I see the size limitation in the upload dialog, while in scenario 1 nothing about the upload size limitation is displayed. Any idea how to "automatically" upload an additional file when a member uploads a file in Downloads? Here is what I want to do; A member will upload file #1. The IPS system will upload file #2. File #2 will be have the same name as File #1 with the additional word at the end "Auto". For example, File #1 is called "This is My File", File #2 will be named "This is My File Auto". The member will be able to download file #2 after it is uploaded. I am open to suggestions on where I should put File #2 so it will be easy upload. The files will uploaded and store on Amazon S3. Any help will be appreciated.

I created a page in Pages a while ago and I removed the page but I noticed today when I clicked on an old link it is still their. So my question is, where can I locate this on my server to remove it for good? The page does not show in Pages. I have removed pages I created before in Pages but for some reason this one stuck around.

Just upgraded to the new 4.x version Figuring it all out slowly but one pressing problem I'm having is that all the mobile users are experiencing issues where they read down to the bottom of a page (say page 1 of a topic) then click the arrow to go to the next page. It says 'loading' and hangs there Any ideas how I can fix? In fact it's happening now on the normal desktop viewing too

In my theme I'd like to change my a links to a new colour. To accomplish this I have .ipsApp_front a{ color: #388563; text-decoration: none; } in my custom.css. Of course, this has the effect of applying it everywhere, including elements which I would want to keep in their normal state, such as this: "No problem", I think to myself. "I'll use the :not(x) property in my custom.css so that it won't apply to these elements." Other parts of my custom.css use the :not(x) property, so I figured it should work. We use the Suite v4.1.12.1 and have customized friendly URL for topics: http://example.com/760 = http://example.com/index.php?app=forums&module=forums&controller=forums&id=760 When a user posts a new topic that requires approval and gets notified about new comments in it while topic still not approved he is not able to follow a link. I've recently dropped my SSL certificate on my site. When any of my users type in my URL it still takes them to the secure site which is now non existent so they get a 404 page. I've removed redirects and such from my HTACCESS. Is there a way to get them heading to the correct URL automatically without landing on the old secure address?

I encountered this error during an upgrade of 3.4.9 -> 4.1.12.1 It is NOT an IPS error. This is a potential issue with MariaDB (the drop in replacement for MySQL) In order to overcome this error, you will need to be able to modify your my.conf The default wait_timeout and interactive_timeout is 30 seconds. In order to get around this error, I increased mine to 60 seconds. Restart mysql after adjusting your my.conf and click retry on the IPS upgrader, you should be able to continue.

HI there - a bit of a newbie question but how do I set my Admin Menu so that System (and therefore the Dashboard) is the first link on the page. At present Pages opens up as soon as I log in, when it'd be more useful for the Dashboard to open up at first.

One of my sites has over 10k members. Clearly many of these are abandoned accounts and I get a lot of bounced email. I'd like to stop ignoring these bounces, so I recently started turning off notifications for their accounts. It would be a lot less clicks if I could simply move them to a new group that has notifications turned off, but it doesn't look like this is a per group setting, is it? Did I miss something? Can you suggest an easier way deactivate their account and have notifications / emails stop? Thanks

I have done a fresh install with 4.1.12.1 in my environment which is running PHP7, nginx, mariadb, Alpine Linux. Same issue occurred with 4.1.11. Guest users gets the following error when accessing the clean forum (i.e. brand new):Error in UI: [[Template forums/front/forums/topicRow is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Hi, Is it possible to see which users have logged in to a password protected subforum on my website? I have a specific subforum with a password on my website, which is not restricted by any user group types. Is it possible to see a list of members which have used the password to gain access to this specific password protected subforum? Thanks.
