Automatically Upload Second File when Uploading to Downloads

Any idea how to "automatically" upload an additional file when a member uploads a file in Downloads? Here is what I want to do;

1. A member will upload file #1.
2. The IPS system will upload file #2.
3. File #2 will be have the same name as File #1 with the additional word at the end "Auto". For example, File #1 is called "This is My File", File #2 will be named "This is My File Auto".
4. The member will be able to download file #2 after it is uploaded.

I am open to suggestions on where I should put File #2 so it will be easy upload.

The files will uploaded and store on Amazon S3.

Any help will be appreciated.
