Sorry to bump this, but I am having the SAME exact issue. I have gone through my payment settings as above:: AdminCP > Commerce > Payments > Settings > Payment Methods > Stripe I have to manually capture and then mark my invoice as paid manually. I dont understand what I am missing here.

We are having problems where members are getting the "Banned", "You do not have permission to view this site" message. We've deleted them and recreated but they still get the banned message. In looking around the help guides and community forum it seems that the cause of banned relates to Spam Prevention. However, in looking at our configuration, we do not have "Ban member" enabled. So, my question is what else could be causing members to get banned? I've cleared all of the items from the Ban Settings list to get these members back but I'd like to understand how to prevent this moving forward. Thank you.

I am trying to add a new version of a file and delete the currently uploaded file, replacing it with a URL. When trying to use the "Add files by URL" button the "linked files" text box is disabled (not sure why, I have permission to do this). If I inspect element the page and re-enable the textbox and insert the URL upon saving the file I am greeted with the following error. Hello im using stripe for my website and if someone makes a payment it wont be marked as paid automatically and we will have to capture the payment manually. I contacted stripe and they told me that i have to ask "invision support" to change the capture method to automatic.

Hello IPS, When we configure default theme to display the social icons at the top nav, the icons placement on the rounded background is not perfectly centered. It inherits .css attributes from higher level element: #elUserNav { color: inherit; line-height: 36px; text-decoration: none; white-space: nowrap; font-weight: bold; The bold ones cause the problem. If you can reach the french version of Google ( https://www.google.fr ), search for "inter milan" and you will get scores, vidéos, etc ... and on the firsts results you should find our website "internazionale.fr" and as you will see, there is no description. I try to find others pages like /discover ( https://www.internazionale.fr/discover/ ) on Google.fr ( "discover internazionale.fr" ) and the result is the same, no description. Very strange, because there is all necessary meta things in source code ... any idea ?

Does anyone know if its possible to get the user's Primary Billing Address and Primary Delivery Address via an API end point? Hi team, I've activated to "always" the Require Subscription Purchase field and the users id=2338 or id=2334 was created without subscription purchase. This users was registered by Google Method (probably the same for other social methods). The users haven't access permisions to restricted content because no change the primary group assingment. But, this situation generates a zap and creates, wrongly, a new client registered and it add to the clients automatizations in my CRM, so it's a kaos. So I already have the core installed previously and then purchased the Pages application, downloaded the full zip file, uploaded all the files and then crickets, the pages application is still locked so no idea how to unlock, or what files to even upload separately if that even is an option. So what exactly am I looking for in the ZIP file just in case the pages application isn't even in there?

I'm having an issue where if I upload short video files directly into a new topic, when I view the topic on a mobile platform (I've tested Safari and Chrome) the video thumbnail does not appear. On my desktop browser it does. Is there a way to fix this? After upgrading to 4710 we are no longer getting emails when someone renews or pays for a subscription. Payment settings correctly list the emails but none are being sent to our designated email addresses.
