I've been getting a good few of these the last few days, particularly when I'm editing settings in AdminCP, what is causing this?  

403 ERROR

Are there any particular settings you are changing? Or repetitive actions?

Not that I can think of, I will take note of what I am doing the next time this happens. 

If you could that would be great. Also, are you perhaps using a VPN?
