I will do it in the future. I'm not sure if this is a real issue as I looked up the error code on Cloudflare may well have been called by the particular user. The issues I face is getting the students who may not be the most computer literate to actually describe accurately what is happening for them. I tested this myself by making a new member with one of my own emails and this did not happen to me. How we will wait-and-see what happens next.

Hi, when I add a new member, they receive an automatic notification from the board to set their password, but this is what they are seeing this morning. Any ideas?

One of our moderators reported this to me this morning. They often have several tabs open for different parts of the web site. When they login on their phone they’re getting signed out on their laptop. I did a bit more testing on this. A member posts in a forum but cannot add a tag. The admins then add a tag. Then, because the member is the author, they can delete or add tags to the post; if there is no tag, they cannot add one. If I convert that to a prefix, they cannot edit it or add a tag. I presume the same applies to galleries and the like. I was checking to see whether it was just on pages.

I discovered today that this is still happening.

I have it set in the group that members cannot use tags or prefixes, and I am using tags so members can find their entry via a tag menu in a DB that they cannot see others' records. They can remove tags, but then they lose the ability to find their entry via the tag menu. They are allowed to edit this entry, but not create one or delete it, as it is a record of their school activities over the year. I have many categories so the tag menu is much cleaner way for them to access their entry. I noticed that if I set this tag as the prefix they cannot see it or remove it. But I have about 150 - 200 records to change manually. One of our students did this today and revealed this weakness in my set-up. They can still see the record in their profile activity. Any help on this would be appreciated

I'm trying to find out how much space our cloud-based board is taking up on your server. It used to be available in the client area, but I cannot see now what space we have used. Is there still a limit?

How do we create or access folders in our inbox with messages on IPS 5?

It would be very useful to us be able to put tags into categories with group permissions. To be able to assign a category to a particular forum, gallery or pages db.

The tags are a significant change. We used closed tags on IPS 4, and so we listed the tags in each DB we wanted to use them in. Are there plans to have tag sets or categories? We could do this by a naming convention, as they are listed alphabetically, but creating separate sets would suit us better.

I use this now on iPhone 13 Pro, and it's nice and tidy, but I do miss the back button from the browser. Are there any plans to put on it?

I can create an HTML page and link it to a database category setup, no problem. There is always a workaround...

It works well in the forum, but when I copy the forum post over to a database, it loses its anchors, so the TOC doesn't work. I have messaged the maker. Thanks
