One of our moderators reported this to me this morning. They often have several tabs open for different parts of the web site. When they login on their phone they’re getting signed out on their laptop.

If a user is using a public VPN, then its likely a shared set of IP addresses that are being used. This being the case, its likely that the same IP has been used by multiple users, so would be rate limited on that basis

Of course if not, please let us know. It may well be worth opening a ticket with information such as their IP addresses if so
