Hi All, Is there a way to see the status of my search index? I clicked 'rebuild' some weeks ago and my search results are still crap. I do have almost 8m posts, I'd just like to see something in the background tasks or a progress bar somewhere - is this possible? Thanks, Christian

Is there anyway to add the google web site translator to all pages of Invision. I use pages for a website and would like to add the snippet to every page. to add it to every single block on the site would be a pain and also look messy. Hi guys, Upgraded to 4.2.2, installed memcached + opcache, and now I am facing a very peculiar problem, which is Google Analytics under reporting our traffic. How do I know this is happening: 1. From our ad management software (we use Revive), we can see that the number of views per day from a certain banner that is present in all pages of our website (and only once per page) is far greater than the number of pageviews reported by Google Analytics. I am trying to follow the documentation with the Extension FileStorage, but am wondering about deleting files. I have a Node, and with that node I want multiple files associated with it. I created another DB table that holds the Node ID and the file url, which I get from the uploaded file using the Form\Upload object. I retrieve the files fine, but when I delete one of the files, how is the file tracked and deleted and where does the system delete the physical file?

Hi friends. Could anybody help me with mixins? I have a plugin, which redefine relative dates return of \IPS\DateTime class. All worked well, but in some JS-generated blocks, such as quote/citation block in editor return relative date, generated by JS. I found method and file, who did it. Hi guys, Just wanted to say that I love this product and the community and have learned a lot using the search function but ran into something I can seem to find an answer to. Id like certain people within a "administrator" group to only be able to promote people to the "group ranks" "under" them. So I guess I only want them (the "administrator" group) to be able to promote/demote people within other specific groups, but never be able to promote themselves, or others,to a "higher" group than the the "administrator" group that they are in....if that makes any sense. I would like to customize many of the emails in AdminCP -> Customization -> Emails. Is it possible to preview what an email will look like or have the system send out a test email? This seems like a feature that would be built in. If not, is there any plugins out there that will do this? Also, it would be nice to be able to create an email template using WYSIWYG and shortcodes instead of having to create a HTML template and uploading it.

Hey, We use our IPS forum to provide technical support to our customers. We'd like to add a ticket system to help track services requests. Ideally we'd like to use a system that can automatically generate tickets when a user creates a new thread, assign that ticket to a support engineer. We'd like to be able to track things like how long tickets are open, get notifications if tickets have not been updated for a certain period of time, etc. I know there are many ticketing systems out there, but has anyone used one that integrates well with the IPS forums? I have a couple questions that hopefully can be answered relatively quickly. My situation is this, I want to sell some tickets for an event. I have two different prices, one for Adult and one for Student. I'm trying to use the Sales Discounts portion of the setup, but may have found a bug. I want to set it up where you purchase 10 student tickets you get one adult ticket for free. Potential Bugs 1. I purchased 10 student tickets. I am quite stuck with something: All logged in Members can edit each and every entry in all Pages Custom Databases. Edits are made final without any moderation approval. I've disabled the ability to edit and add content in the database permission set but the "edit" button still shows. The usergroup of course cannot bypass moderation. As far as I understand this permission mask NO ONE should be able to edit or add records. Still the button to edit a record is available to each member. Any tips? Hi, I"m wondering if it's possible to allow only a specific member to post information in a database vs setting up an entire new membership group? I would actually like to allow specific members to add articles to specific categories. So if I have a person who wants to write about Star Wars, then there would be no need for them to have the ability to publish to Star Trek.

Why would an API user have their IP banned over and over? I keep removing it from the list, but its constantly just banned once more. Other than in Ban settings, where else would I remove the ban? I have allowed the setting to use any IP with that particular API key. What happened was, the user has been using the api for a while now, but we had to change his key, he accidentally used the old one for a few queries and got banned. Now that hes using the new one, hes constantly having his IP re-added to ban list.

Hey Guys, I've already opened up a ticket with IPS but perhaps you guys can help me out as well The community was located a forums.domain.com - I've "promoted" the community and moved the files to the www.domain.com directory.
