User IP constantly being banned when using API

Why would an API user have their IP banned over and over?

I keep removing it from the list, but its constantly just banned once more.

Other than in Ban settings, where else would I remove the ban? I have allowed the setting to use any IP with that particular API key.


What happened was, the user has been using the api for a while now, but we had to change his key, he accidentally used the old one for a few queries and got banned. Now that hes using the new one, hes constantly having his IP re-added to ban list.
