One of our member complained that recently, notification emails from our site are going to his spam folder. I checked the raw headers in an email notification from our site and I can see that while SPF and DKIM both pass, it says "dmarc=unknown". Is it possible to add a DMARC record to these emails?

Hi, new client here, setting up our domain and the info isn't clear as to what the two CNAME records should be. The first seems ok, but the second has no info for the content to use in the first box on a cname config screen and seems to end wrong also.

Has anyone run into this problem before? When I try and create a new Ad, I do not have the widget to upload the file image. I can click the "Upload smaller version" button and the widgets for the smaller images appear. My existing Ads are working but I can't enter any newer ads. I have tried with a clean .htaccess file and tried without an .htaccess file. Nothing I've tried has helped so far. Any suggestions? Thanks

Liking the new Overview design of the Events app, but I have been having some issues with past events always being displayed on there and I was struggling to identify what the issue was, and I think I've figured it out. It seems that if an event has been set as 'Featured', or set as an 'Online Event', it will always appear on the Overview page even when the date for the event has passed. Please see an example below. Obviously, as this snapshot was taken this morning, the 'October 11' event should not be there (either in the top featured rotation - or, arguably, under 'Online Events') but it still clearly is. When trying to access my forum page, http://dungeons.org.uk/forum , I am unable to access the forum. Instead I get the following error message: An error occurred (500 Error) We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot display this site right now. Too many connections Others trying to visit the forum have had the same thing, and I ran into the same error when trying to access the Admin Control Panel page. Is there a way to fix this?

I know that YouTube and Vimeo videos are atomically embedded with the link. However, how do I embed videos hosted with other platforms? I recently moved to Gumlet Video hosting and now realize their video link doesn't embed the video. Is there another way to embed these videos?

1. I need to create an issue report regarding an error encountered while using the fetch() function to retrieve data from a REST API. Hello everyone, I have two questions: 1. There ist a blog post in the backend that has not yet been published: Unfortunately, I didn't receive a notification that the post was pending publication and I can't find an option to do so in the backend. However, the article is not displayed to me in the front end. What options do I have to publish the post? 2. A user wants to create a blog article via the front end. We have adjusted the authorization accordingly. Unfortunately, there is no option to do the formatting in the front end. Is this option only available in the backend or can the option also be set for frontend? Greetings

I have 6 users in a security group, that can access a restricted sub forum. I add two more users in and they are unable to view the forum. The security group correctly shows them and a count of 8 members. We have updated everything across our install. I have cleared the cache. Struggling to make sense of what should be a simple action. Hey all, very recently we received a notification from our WHM that there were two file paths to ipb_converge.php files that were flagged as malware utilizing SQL injection. Taking a look at both of these files, they are both identical, and all lines of code seem to be very well documented. They also have not been touched or modified since 2012, so we're wondering if they're in the right place or even necessary. It also seems odd that one of them resides within a css folder structure. We have been having problems getting the Chrome browser to function with our forum. Firefix and Safari seem to work fine. Proximate cause is that the page's Javascript isn't getting called for click events. The forum is hosted on its own server and is running the current version. We are NOT using a content delivery network. This seems to have mysteriously appeared with a Chrome update. We were hoping that updating to the current version would rectify the problem but it hasn't. Any hints/guidance appreciated.

I have many members awaiting validation, whom I do not want to validate, and who wish to delete their registration. Members to manually approve, that I want to delete. How to do it please? There is no function to select an entire pending registration page and delete them, which is a shame. Thank you in advance for your help, Théo.
