I arrived in a kind of crucial part of my Forum, where I have a store that sold virtual items, when the customer makes the purchase I asked for the address, but because it is a virtual item does not need an address to be sent, and I want to disable this option and edit it as I wish.

When I edit the HTML of the text I put into an editor it automatically removes all onClick functions. I have a script that I want to call using the function, is there anything I can do to make this go away? And have editor not remove my onClick in the html?

Hi all, I have a member that was deleted from the board back in 2013. The posts were left behind as guest user. That user asks if the individual posts from the account which are still visible in the forum can be deleted (gdpr etc). Is this possible when the account is already removed? If it is, how?

Hi Guys - I have two versions of the default IPS theme. One shows ads and the other is for subscribers and it doesn't show ads. Do do this I create blocks and don't give the subscribers permission to view the blocks. This work, but still loads the block code on all themes. Question: Is there a way to disable blocks per theme? I want to show a custom block on the default theme like usual. When I switch to the subscriber theme and delete the block, it deletes it from showing on the default theme as well. Would love to select blocks per theme.

Since launching my site more than 10 years ago, I've always had Data Storage Method set as File System. I want to enable Redis cache but it looks like if I do that it will also change my Data Storage Method. Will that cause issues with all my existing files?

I'm sorry for that stupid question. We want to upload 6 MB video in our media for using as a background for landing page. But the media only allow 5MB max Can somebody say where I can increase this limit? My nginx client_max_body_size set to 50M, php values post_max_size and upload_max_filesize set to 51M both. The admin group settings have no any file limits. The public area shows 50MB limit correctly. Thank you

In Spain, data format is DD/MM/YY When I use the bulk mail with ACP in english language, If i select, for example: January 1, 2019 - October 2, 2019 the format is MM/DD/YY And select 1879 users. When I use the bulk mail with ACP in Spanish language, If i select the same date: January 1, 2019 - October 2, 2019 the format is DD/MM/YY But select 385 users. To be correct I must change 02/10/19 (DD/MM/YY) to 10/02/19 (MM/DD/YY) manually. Obviously, the format in Spanish is misapplied and select users incorrectly

Hello all, I've been experiencing on my community certain random loading problems for a while. It seems that when a connected member visit the website after not being there for a while (less than a hour would be enough), the first page to load is very long to charge. Very long means up to 20 seconds. Then, the following pages charge correctly (2/3s). Anonymous users does not seem to have the problem (opening in a different browser with private navigation goes correctly) The templates are cached on the disk, so are the widgets. browser leverage cache is active. Hi all, Anyone else having issues with IPS seemingly not accepting new API tokens from Mapbox? Nothing mentioned in my logs. I've tried it on 3 separate communities and every AdminCP refuses to save the API key, stating "That API key is not valid". Thank you. v4.4.6 btw!

Hey, I'm having an issue exercising the PUT RSVP functionality of the REST API. For some reason the Key isn't picked up on PUT requests. It works fine for POST, DELETE, and GET requests. Any ideas what the issue might be? See below POSTMAN screenshot.

I'm trying to install the "Format" plugin (https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/format) for the CKEditor. I downloaded the correct 4.10 version of it, chose that zip file in the 'Add Button' tab and then hit save. And it basically broke toolbars as seen in the screenshot below... I used the "Restore default configuration" option to fix it, but I can't figure out what the issue is that's making this happen in the first place and preventing this plugin from installing correctly. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.
