Do I have to worry about 'tasks' running on my -TESTINSTALL site or will users receive duplicate notices and digests etc... ??? If so, how do I disable some non-essential tasks?

Hi all, Anyone able to help? I haven't upgraded Invision for about a year since 4.3 and went to use the admin CP to upgrade to the latest version. I naively thought this process would throw up any errors before I clicked upgrade, so didn't double check a backup existed, and now I'm getting this message: 1932 Table 'admin_ipb.core_store' doesn't exist in engine/home/admin/web/unofficialmills.co.uk/public_html/forums/system/Db/Db.php::1926SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `core_store` Any ideas what I can do? Support advise rolling back, which I can't do.

Sorry I must be getting annoying asking all these questions but new to the board last one I owned was 3.4.7 and it was quite a while ago and its all different now trying to figure stuff out hoping someone could help with all my questions ...so here we go at the top of the forums there is a create which allows you to create announcements so I created one the question is why can members delete the announcement? because when a new member logs in he dose not see the announcement if a member clicks that x. there is nothing that allows you to allow users or members to edit or delete just who can see it unless there is a setting in admin which I can't seem to find hope som…

I'd like to make it so that subscriptions do not automatically renew. Is that possible? Right now it seems that it will automatically charge users. I'd like to stop that from happening unless they explicitly decide to renew.

I downloaded IPB 4.5 Beta 11 just fine and both the website and the AdminCP were working. After taking a look at all the new stuff, I noticed our theme was wonky and went to go upgrade it since there was a version compatible with 4.5. available in the marketplace. After upgrading, things were fine for the first few minutes of browsing the site to make sure everything wonky was fixed with the theme upgrade, but then my site just completely broke with template errors, and shortly after that it just stopped letting us access it. Good day, Once the gallery has been created is there a way to make a sub category inside the main one? Example: If i wanted to have photos from 2010 then make another category 2011 and so on, currently if you upload to my gallery you just see all of the images random. Thanks In Advance

Was experimenting with Amazon Associates: Amazon native ads - with decent results. I'd copy the code from Amazon client side, and paste it into a custom HTML block, drag the block onto a page and it showed up perfectly. Now they won't show up at all doing same thing. My Amazon side is valid (just got a check actually). Did something change? Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello, I'm working on a oauth application, where I'm trying to retrieve information about the user that has logged in: https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api?endpoint=core/me/GETindex Currently, I get the information without they key icon in front of it. How can I add a query (or filter) to a Pages database template set or display, without the user first selecting it? For example, we have a database of coupons. When looking at the category or listing index, or even searching them, I want to always filter out coupons that have expired. So any time a user is looking at a list or searching coupons, the query will never show (or allow to be searched) records that are past their expiration date. Thanks.

I really need a Shadowban option One where you can click on a member, click 'shadowban' and it turns on the ignore function for that member from the whole forum membership, or makes their posts only visible to them. How can I make this happen? ps - I already understand all arguments for/against something like this - but I really want to go ahead with this whether it be through a site update or a plugin as it would really help my site (and it puts off anyone constantly re-registering for the site if you just banned them using the typical usual ban tools) Anyone help?

I ACP I have very annoying issue, every settings, especially in member groups I have to save twice. For example Flood control for Moderators is enabled I toggle it to No and hit Save. I re-open settings and Flood control is enabled again. I disable it again, save and now it's saved. Has anyone met anything like this? It's very annoying when I change dozens settings and after saving I have everything without changes.

I'm trying to write a Notifications API since the current Rest API returns older notifications first. I have a little problem on my admin panel .When i try to create language, i have this error: The chosen locale is not supported by your server. Your hosting provider or system administrator will be able to provide a list of the locales supported by your server I try to make FR translation and locale code for french translation is fr_FR but it's not work.
