Hi All, I am planning to change the domain. We get around 15k hits per month. We don't want to loose them. Can you guys guide me the proper steps. Below code is good enough? Before upgrading to version 4.5 I want to export my theme HTML templates because I've customized them quite a bit and I'm not totally sure where all the customizations are located within each template. Question: Is it possible to export these templates so I can look them over offline and compare with stock templates?

Greetings, So I seem to have this issue when sharing a YouTube video in a post. When I post the link to the video, it automatically converts in the post and just embeds the video itself (which is cool), but when I go to post it, I immediately get the following: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. How do I fix this? It doesn't give me a directory as to which file is causing this issue or where I can fix it, so I don't even know where to start in my FTP to fix this. Or is this hosting side? I'm using Namechea…

My mods have asked if it is possible to have a line of text added above or below the submit post / submit topic button to remind users of the amount of time they have to edit a post before it is no longer editable or removable and a general warning about posting personally identifiable information. We are getting a lot of new users who expect us to operate like Reddit with an ability to delete content at any time. Hi, We've just taken out a brand new Invision site (upgrading it from 4.5 beta to 4.5). No other configuration has been done yet. This is our second site. I want to change the colours and theme details... But the colours won't change on the front end site. Is anyone else having this problem? For example... If I do this... ... Hi, We have been given an official notice by Dutch authorities saying that our community has to fully comply with GDPR/Cookies laws within 6 weeks. I've found a few topics regarding this issue, but they were all either old or not exactly relevant... In addition to our community, we have a "media" website (basically a magazine) that has all sorts of articles in it. Since it's the same domain, When we open a thread and link to that article, it opens in the same tab. That in itself isn't an issue. The issue is that there is no way to customize this behavior. I would prefer these links (And other ones as well, actually all of them) open in new tabs. I know there's a way to do this, because I distinctly remember seeing a method named something like IsMobile in one of the files while I was creating my site integration several months back. But I can't for the life of me remember where I saw it and I can't find it anywhere now having checked in the places you'd expect, such as Sessions, Members and Request. Since the birth of 4.0 there has been this maintenance error plaguing IPS test boards on a localhost in Wamp I have searched high and low with Invision as all the internet since I first received this message tested every possibility with no luck. The phrase that still has my concern is "This will cause significant damage to your community if not resolved." Still looking for an answer or a real lead to fixing this issue.

Hey all, I was wondering how you guys might have setup email receiving with Amazon SES? I understand we're supposed to use Piping and I have setup a ruleset that automatically uses SNS to forward the receiving email, but quite frankly it doesn't seem to work and I was wondering how the community has gone around handling this? Note I have already successfully setup email sending, so no worries there!

I noticed on one of my sites (and so did my users, unfortunately) that the dropdown menus seemed very sensitive. Unless you're very quick, they disappear after clicking before you can get to your item. I wasn't sure what to do about it and thought it was just a feature. This was backed up when the same thing happened with a new site. Sometimes it seems very bad (I've just had a complaint), other times they disappear but only if I deliberately hover away from the dropdown. However, I've just noticed that on IPS's own site, if you click, the menu permanently opens. You can click it, go to a new tab, and it's still there when you return, only disappearing once you …
