I'm sure I'm overlooking something dumb, but I have two IPS servers and on one, all the cached templates are in /datastore. On the other, some are in datastore, but some are in /uploads. Hello all! Huge fan - long time listener, first time caller... Pretty new to customizing blocks for specific needs, and wondering if anyone can help me out here. I have a small custom block for Calendar Feed Upcoming Events to notify our Admins of any upcoming 'unban' for banned players on our game server(s), and I successfully modified permissions for it to only show for our Admins groups (or higher) and the to only events within a 3 days... But I am not sure how to modify it to not show any locked or hidden events, so that when we've unbanned a player, we can just lock the event, and it drops from being listed on the block (to save time/prevent other Admins from …

Hello, 🙂 My board has about 160 000 accounts. This makes a lot of email notifications which are sent daily by the server... and sometimes problems linked to the amount of emails sent. Is there a way to remove/delete all email notifications for all the accounts (a kind of restart from scratch) ? Thank you. 🙂

Hi I've done every step needed to be done in order to enable Redis server and Redis PHP extension on my server. However, the option is still grey-out. I am not sure what's I am missing? I am using Centos Web Panel to host this. I am using nginx -> apache -> php-fpm (version 7.4) as my web server. I have set my Php-fpm 7.4 settings to enable redis extension. I have a paid/locked down forum and as part of this forum, I offer daily 30 min calls to my members which are recorded The call recordings are currently manually uploaded to my learning platform Thinkific but I would like to automate this through Zapier. Unfortunately Thinkific doesn't support zaps and so I am wondering whether to leverage the downloads functionality of Invision community instead (which does support zaps). The idea would be to upload the videos to download folder in Invision community. Hello! Does anyone have an idea of how i might be able to run an advertisement within the ACP under "Advertisements" for it to only show up when the user is viewing using a normal web browser and not to display anything when viewing from a mobile site? Reason being the ad i am running is 728x90 pixels and thus makes the mobile site go out of whack. I have the Rich Discord Integration plugin and it used to work great, that is when I was using cPanel and Apache, but ever since I changed servers and now use Plesk and Nginx it does not work, I asume it is a cURL problem as I have a Wiki to Discord extensin for MediaWiki that also requires cURL to run and it ran fine prior to the server move, as well as recently installing a Wiki to Twitter extension that requires cURL and it does not work. Well now i know why its not available in the marketplace anymore... Maybe anybody can help me with my problem anyway? After installing there are only entries for countries and not for cities and states. Can someone give me an .sql dump containing the cities and states for import? I do not want to add all states and cities by hand. I need at least states and cities for united states and canada but "worldwide" would be best.

I want to add an emoji to this, but also want it to be visually compatible. Are these emojis the IPS team's own drawings? I want to add "Smiling Face with Heart-Eyes" I also want to replace the existing "Like" (Heart) drawing with "thumbs up". What would you suggest me? Which emoji set would it make sense to use? Or can I find IPS's own images for what I want? Example for me (apple's) (Whatsapp's has a tongue as IPS)

Hey folks, my IPB is getting more and more traffic and I slowly need to think about have backups. Can you guess recommend any tool which works to have on going backups just in case to not have too long downtime in case something happens or to migrate the whole board to an other server. Hello, I wonder if anybody can give me some advice on what to do. I changed my domain name to another domain name and keeping all the same data already from my website. I have old domain forwarding to my new domain. New domain Url changed in config_global and license updated with new domain url. The issue I'm having is now I have white pages with black text. Is this due to new domain url that needs to be added somewhere in the database or is it some kind of cache issue or something else?

I have my Board set for Full Registration and manual Authorization for new Members. My assumption is when a new Member is Authorized they get a confirmation email. Is there any way for an Admin to see exactly what that confirmation email is, and if so can an Admin edit it to add info like “Please Review Board Guidelines before posting etc.”? It might be right under my nose in AdminCP but I can’t find it. Thanks.

I seem to recall that there was a setting in the member group management section where I could choose whether guests could download attachments, but I can't find it. Has it been removed or is it a setting which can be adjusted on a "per forum" basis?

I need to implement some function after items are added to the database. Previously I have used the Database Callback and most recently Automation Rules. Neither are compatible with the newest update. Basically what I need to do is update a few database fields after an item is added or edited. Are there any add-ons that would be able to do this?
