Hello everyone, I'm kind of new in Invision, wanted to start by thanking the team as it's an awesome product. Unfortunately I'm a bit unexperienced, and I'm trying to get knowledge on everything but as you can imagine, it's a bit overwhelming sometimes. I wanted to know if there is any possibility that the Articles I post (or anyone posts) in Pages, do not count as Forum Post Messages, as I would like to differenciate between "Pages" (or Portal, web) content and Forum posts. I tried to double-check through the AdminCP settings, but I can't find anything to disable articles from increasing the Post Count. Hopefully this is not a big noob question, sor…

Hi, I've already reported that bug, but it seems not yet solved : the e-mail notifying a transaction is awaiting validation (commerce) does not seem to refer to the right string. The content message is only "email_transaction_wait" instead of the corresponding string content. Please, this affects customers relations because it appears like "bugged" and does not inspires confidence... Thankyou

It has happened with many times on dev environment. I was running the update but have to cancel completely because I got some error (like permissions) But there is no button to cancel it. It just get stuck most of the time. How do I force cancel the upgrade?

Hi, With article in pages, the platform automatically creates the description meta tags based on the article contents. In our databases, we have a custom field with a summary that could be better used as description. Is there a way for us to use that field instead of the default behavior? If not, that is a suggestion that I leave for a future version. Ditto for the keywords fields. Note: I know that I could adjust this manually using the SEO editor. however we have thousands of articles, using this editor is simply insane. Thanks.

After moving the Invision Community System to a new webhost (according to this document) some posts now contain random characters instead of the "original" characters. For example: Â instead of a line break. This does not occur when creating new posts. How can I solve this problem?

Unfortunately it's not working. I have set a new OpenSearch 1.0 instance with the same settings of my old Elastic Search 6.7 and I get this error: The server did not return the expected response. Check Elasticsearch is properly installed and accessible from your web server. If you visit the provided URL in your browser you should see details about the installed version. Notice that OpenSearch 1.0 is the latest version and is based on ElasticSearch 7.1.

Hi team, I've a user that upgrade your subscription to Annual Plan and IPS not cancel the Monthly Plan, so now they are 2 active plans. Should be an issue that isn't correct that we have any manual action. Can you take a look? The ID user is 2283. How I should cancel the Monthly Plan to not charge and not renew this subscription plan? I've another open ticket with subscription process with other issue that can be relationated but not are the same problem.

Hi I wonder if this is a bug. The included rss feed for Upcoming Events from a calendar works without issue but when I create my own from System > RSS Feed it does not work. It looks like the link isn't correctly formed, there are some square brackets along with CDATA. Is the right?

Hi, I sended this ticket by private client area but only had one answer, I'm waiting for a solution and how to solve this situation? I've a user that change your Monthly Plan to Annual Plan and has activated the Annual Subscription Plan and not was validate the stripe payment.So I dont know how is possible? It is an issue with Subcription process? Your expiration date is 10/26/2022 without payment.I don't like to share any public link or screenshot, the Member ID is 2262.Can you take a look and how to solve it?Thanks a lot.

I couldn't find it mentioned but there are duplicate rel attributes creeping in from the share links.
