Earlier this year, I commissioned a custom plugin, which has been running happily on my Starter plan cloud site ever since. (I mean, I assume it's happy; it doesn't talk much about its feelings.) But now, I see that uploading custom plugins is listed as outside the scope of the Starter package. Did this drop off the Starter plan list of features recently? I assume it did, or I wouldn't have been able to upload the first one, unless I'm some sort of unconscious hacking genius. (Spoiler alert: I'm not.) Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows how to enforce the MFA grant type for an OAUTH Client? Currently the grant type requested on the client is password. Theoretically since I setup MFA for all users I assumed it would be implicit (and I should get an error response saying MFA Required according to the spec) on OAUTH clients but it doesn't seem to be the case as it provides me an access token etc. This is what I currently have enabled. Also one other question, does anyone know what the "log" permission does when enabled on the scope? I feel like there needs to be more in the documentation regarding OAUTH in IPS as I can't seem to…

I'm running Invision Community v4.6.9. When editing a link inside a post using the WYSIWYG editor, when I double-click on the link text to modify the URL of the link I get an error. Same thing happens if I just highlight the text and click the "Link" icon to modify the URL. I get the popup notification saying "There was a problem loading this content" (see below screenshot). It doesn't matter which browser I'm using or which type of device (PC or smartphone).

Is there a way to grab the embed code for the calendar inside the invision community and post it inside the wordpress page / post? I've looked around and haven't seen any way to do this. Is this possible or there a work around for it? Thank you!

I was reading a topic here on support, and I saw that in the similar content widget, I get a content pending approval. I believe the content pending approval: They should NEVER appear in similar content They should NEVER appear to users, maybe only moderators and administrators. Clicking on the result I get the error: "We could not find that topic", rightly so... Even as a visitor with incognito browsing, if you want the reference topic:

Hello, I have noticed that after having activated Stripe as a payment option in my Invision Community Forums that user information is always being sent to m.stripe.com even when a user is not on the store page at all. It just always loads it and logs info. Is there any way that this can be updated to not load the script unless actually doing a checkout? I care about my users their privacy and don't want to be a data collector for a third party. When viewing anyone's profile, if you click the "search" box the resulting drop down has a z-index issue with the menu's underneath it. There's bleed through. This is easily seen here on the Invision Community Forums by viewing anyone's profile and clicking the search box. However, I have attached an image anyways. Hello there, FYI W3C Validator fails when the Featured Products widget block is used, tested with IPS 4.6.9. The widget shows a small image of each product but the alt attributes are missing for each. I also get errors (3 products, 3 errors) stating "No p element in scope but a p end tag seen" for each featured Commerce product in the widget: The opening P tags are there for each products, so perhaps they are being closed out of place? Hi, Today I found out using Google that the /store/ URL is active in our install, even though we don't use it, as we only have /subscriptions/: https://www.clubedohardware.com.br/store/ https://www.clubedohardware.com.br/subscriptions/ How could we disable acess to /store or redirect it to /subscriptions? BTW, why is this URL accessible if we don't have any products? Wouldn't this be something to be improved in the software? Thanks.

Hello, I changed / updated member groups (both primary and secondary) for specific members via my Admin Control panel. Initially, all was well. All the changes / edits appeared in my members' accounts like I expected they would. However, after logging out and back into the ACP, the members' accounts had reverted back to their original settings. This has happened twice now. What am I missing? Is there a setting somewhere? Am I correct in assuming I can change these groups as the super admin for the site? Thanks in advance. 🙂

Since a few days ago members started reporting that the „Unread Content“ isn't working as intended: Topics show up not once as intended but several times. The strange thing: This happens in all of my communities. I didn't change a thing Communities are running different versions of IPB (4.5.4 / 4.6.6 / 4.6.9) and thus Elastic Search (6.5.4 / 7.10.2) I'm using Bonsai as search provider – thus my guess is that the problem is on their side. Hello. I need only registered user can download file with Profile Complete. Having erratic performance issues after upgrade today. Admin center is slow loading/saving new pages. Actual site performance is very erratic, sometimes loads in a a second or two (normal) sometimes takes 10 seconds. Same is true when drilling down in a thread, sometimes very quick, sometimes not. Checked the DB and it looks fines, no errors and restarted MySQL. Cleared the system caches. No differences. Upgrade installer ran with no errors. I have contacted my ISP also but they didn't see anything out of the ordinary. They did open a service ticket to check in more detail. Ideas, suggestions?

Our tiny music community license was expiring on December 18th. A few members didn’t want it to go away, so we bought a growth license and were told the ownership and forum could be transferred to me. No problem. Should just take a day or two. This was 12/7 Didnt hear anything back. Wrote a few times. On December 18th the old site shut down and said license expired. We don’t have access to all of the old content and have no way of contacting the old members to let them know what happened or when we’ll be back. I’m pretty upset. What can I do? Who can I contact to fix this?

Hello there, I remember when this feature was announced That it promised push notifications even when you were not in the site. Unfortunately I wonder if this feature is only available for Cloud customers like Zapier, or if there's any further activation for this feature, because it doesn't really work. I've made many tests and I haven't gotten any successful notification either via smartphone or in my web browser. The thing is, they don't work here either.
