TESTINSTALL - wrong license entered?

If you are installing on a test install, enter your license key with -TESTINSTALL on the end. If you are installing on localhost (it must be "localhost" specifically, not "127.0.0.1" or any other alias), this will not count towards either of your installations, however, if you are installing on any other domain, it will count as your test installation.

So I assumed from this wording that localhost does not matter, and now I got this:

I am only checking how conversion from 3.1.4 to 4.6.9 works, nothing else. How can I solve this issue?

I am doing a dry run on my local Ubuntu WSL with a SQL backup to see how upgrade from 3.1.4 -> 4.6.9 goes and what needs to be done before upgrading the actual production server. And the conversion to UTF8 is failing with some "1000 limit error" so I need a bit of time. I will let you know when everything is ok so we can clear that "localhost" license.

Thank you Ryan.

this will take forever.

Looks like it might be a bug in our licensing system when using the test install key, but you don't actually have a live URL set for the license yet.

I'll look into this, but in the meantime we can clear that for you whenever you are ready. 🙂

I get a lot of errors now trying to reinstall the local test. Can you please clear it for me now? Thank you!

That is already cleared, but isnt what is causing your issues. Your issue is that you have some CMS files and dont have others. You dont actually have pages on your license. You would need to do this from a fresh download, rather than the one you are using there
