Hi, IPS support team! A lot of time I can't change the position in Block Drag Edit Options in the front-end under my Admin account of the forum. Sometimes ago I asked about it but could not find an answer IPS Team support said this of November 23, 2021 : "If you cannot save the position, this likely is also related to mod_security or another security software blocking the request. I have this "403 Forbidden" page that appears after clicking on the "create topic" button with this error message "You don't have permission to access this resource. My ACP show a recommendation relate InnoDB, hosting provider say that DB already using InnoDB... Hello,Thank you for your reply.I have reviewed the database of your website and I can see that all tables are already using the InnoDB engine. You can review this via the phpMyAdmin in cPanel.> I am unable to confirm why this recommendation continues to appear. With this in mind, I believe that you can disregard it.I was unable to locate any specific issues from my end.Let us know if you need our help.

Good afternoon, I have been working in emails for support and haven’t heard back in a few days so I wanted to post here. The last status from the staff stated management needed to be involved and it was escalated. Since January 31st I’ve been offline after changing nameservers to IPS’s servers. Are there any updates from management on this? It’s hard to be left in the dark for so long when you’re trying to build a site and a monthly customer.

I have created some custom blocks and placed them on the page. I prefer not to show them on mobile devices. My configuration is: But this seems to be ignored. I have tried different blocks. Despite this setting, they are shown in mobile. Do I miss something?

This is a report I received from one of my users, with many other users confirming they have the same problem: Does anyone know what is the problem and how can I fix it? Hello, I'd like to remove member to member messages (profile comments? profile wall messages? not sure what the exact name is) from the Status Update block. I like reading the users own status messages, but most of the messages posted on someone else's profiles are regarding classified ads (do you still have XYZ?) and they don't belong to the front page. How can these be removed from the block?

Hey there My community has almost 20 years old. During this period of time, there have been lots of times where bots and spammers signed up and also users whose email has been changed. This makes that my server is trying to send emails to these old users and the delivery of the email fails. Potentially, this can be an issue and our server could be blacklisted. I know detecting this is difficult. I think there are plugins that listen to the SMTP reply in order to block an user. However, it would be interesting to have a tool in de ACP showing the member list with some info such as last login, number of posts, etc. and the ability to multiple select user…

I have two language packs on my Invision Community - Spanish (PR) and English (USA). Is there a way that I can make a URL to open the site on one language or the other? Eg. mysite.com/?lang=es or something like that. I noticed that each language has an id so I'm hoping there is a way to do this.

Good morning, There is a problem with the customer view in ACP. It does not display the total amount spent by a user. It does show it on most users but this user in particular does not. I think I saw a couple more the other day. See the attachment. The user has already spent 20 EUROS, but that amount is no shown. The username is: rezoner I need your help. Thanks a lot

What is the recommended method for using multiple colours in group names. After setting the group formatting colour is adding this in to the group name field okay?
