I merged two accounts. The topics started by the account that is now gone (was merged into the other) now show as being posted by "Guest". The account that stayed also did not inherit the post count. Is this working as intended? What is actually accomplished by the account merge? Wouldn't I have gotten the same result just banning / deleting the account?

I have a category where users can search or offer rides. I need that they have to put "I am looking for" or "I offer" as a prefix. I googled and realized that I need to set these 2 mandatory tags in the category. The problem is that they are not visible when a discussion is created but only appear if the user starts typing them. How can I do to make them visible?

Hello - Our forum is completely unusable with this error: EX1286 Something went wrong. Please try again. I am not seeing any reference anywhere on the internet for what this error means or how to resolve it. I can't log in to admin or front end. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Paul

I am attempting to use 2 calendars with my forum. I am running into an issue where the events from 1 calendar are not populating through to the upcoming events widget. I have the following problems : Many of my pages when they get crawled by Sistrix get marked with a 404 code. But in fact these are pages which have been deleted like 3 years ago. Why do they still get indexed and how can I remove them even they don't exist anymore ? And there are URL's marked with a 404 even they exist. I just converted my xenforo to invisioncommunity the process was completed successfully and the rebuilds as well but I am facing a problem that the amount of file is not displayed in the download area as i show in the picture the image shows that there are 0 files I do not know if it will be an error but when clicking on one of the selected ones for example Combination/Combination it has the amount of 793 files can you help me with this I repeat the import worked well and the reconstruction was completed in the same way way. I followed the info in the guide to get my keys and link the site to Twitter. Hello, A member purchased a product last Feb. 25th that consisted of an initial payment of 150 euros with renewals every year. The renewal hasn't been processed the 25th March 2022, it's been 5 days late. It didn't work. He decided to go for the yearly renewal at 1.440. See the product below. Hello, I would like to know what happens in ACP if a product is deleted and members have purchased that product but there are no active subscriptions. Will the invoice history and payments be deleted as well if the product is deleted from the product list? I guess they shouldn't. I assume that the product is deleted from the product list but invoices that have been paid will be kept and members will have those invoices in their profiles. Is this correct? Thanks

It's gone back to not working again, last time when I cleared cache it started working again but now it won't no matter what. I went into the settings and entered the API again and it wouldn't accept it as Invision was telling me to set up a billing again. I've gone ahead and done that for a test but the maps still don't show, so now I've cancelled the billing as I'm not paying to display a map. But why would the maps stop showing?

In the bulk mail management section, I can create a message and filter members without any issues. But once I send the bulk mail, the sent to field is set to 0, and time taken says "Not Started". Please see attached image for an example of my issue. I believe @HAINAngel may have a similar issue.

Clicking on an unsubscribe link redirects the user to the homepage and does not unsubscribe. This took me FOREVER to figure out, especially because the client who reported it was using SendGrid, which of course rewrites all the links. Until I got access to that and managed to see what was happening... There is a conflict when IPS email tracking is enabled. Hey there! Total noob question here, I know. How do I add code to the <head> tag of all pages of my Invision Forum? I already added a bunch of code a while back (Google Analytics, Mailerlite, Heap, etc.), but now I have no idea how to get back to it to update it. 😆 I thought it was through System > Site Features > Integrations > Google Analytics since I read somewhere on the IPS forums that you can add any code there, not just GA ... but I don't see any code in that area, so I would have added it somewhere else.
