Hello all, We have our community forum built out on wordpress. We use MemberHub and Invision. We have clients who answer forum questions in certain sub forums. One of them is using an ipad and safari. When someone posts a question, the client is sent an email with a link to that sub-forum. When they click the link, they should be redirected to the post but instead are getting access denied. I checked all of their access on the wordpress side and they are listed as having access according to their "Role". What's happening is they have to log out and back in, they then try the link again and it does not work. We tried their logins on our end and they worked fine in…

We recently experience spam frim Russia. It is trough contact form for guests. Captcha is there, bypassed by them. No way to prevent that with stock options.

Good morning. I went to install @Adriano Faria latest add-on update, and I am getting this error in the ACP. I have tried signing both in and out on both the admin account along with the marketplace account, and am still getting this error, any ideas?

The question is also asked in this topic. But it's archived and doesn't have an answer. Is it possible to set up the posts sort by date? In my opinion it would be more clear if users see topic posts sort by date because the thread is more logic. Now the default settings are set up by votes. Is there any option to set this up by default?

I notice that when uploading an audio file, the mp3 file does not "auto insert" when posting. If the user forgets to insert the audio, there is a bug which I attached. Auto insert must not be removed so that this bug does not occur. But I have an idea why the bug occurs. The error is stating that 4 parameters are passed into this template which now has been updated to have 5 parameters. So I think this is what the error is indicating. If this issue can be fixed quickly, I would greatly appreciate it. I ran the upgrade from 4.6.10 to 4.6.12 on Wednesday, but since then one of my moderators can't log in on his Kindle Fire. He can view the site as a guest on it but when going to log in he gets a page cannot be reached message. Any ideas? He's tried all the usual clearing cache/history and I don't have a Kindle to test it on. It works on other devices, it's just the Kindle.

Trying to send mass emails to all members and keep getting backlash that I have exceeded the amount. I only ended up sending to two members rather then 300 members ;( I cut it down to 115 members and still said exceeded the limit. How can I resloved this free way? options?

I just upgraded to 4.6.12. In my Safari browser when I got to VIEW SITE from the control panel now all I see is the following page: https://irosacea.org/subscriptions/ I checked on the Firefox browser and the site is up and running for guests. However when I logged into an account as an active member the only page that comes up is: https://irosacea.org/subscriptions/ Same issue on Chrome. I cleared the system cache and that didn't help. We are using the default theme that comes with IC. Anyone else experience this issue? I have sent in a support issue with IC support. I need help asap. Anyone else have a solution?

Hi, on updating videobox plugin through marketplace got error Error log shows this one I had default permissions with uploads 0777 still error, i tried to put / g+s 2777 to uploads dir, still error, asked hosting for help (think maybe php dont have rights), hosting put 0777 everywhere (www/forum.../* - yeah yeah i know) in forum still error... what is proper chmods? ? 755 - dir's ? 644 - file's ? 777 - uploads, uploads/logs, application, plugins (do we need **7 to others?, if file is executed by owner/group) Thanks for your attention & time! Last night, I upgraded my community (https://www.cptdb.ca) to 4.6.12 and this is the first time encountering a problem. I believe it actually did two version upgrades. It seems that now, anything that is interactive within the browser does not work. I have tried both Chrome and Firefox. Help! For the first time ever, I've had an upgrade fail. After I logged into the upgrade system and started, it immediately showed a page saying "Safari can't open the page "https://www.concertina.net/forums/admin8600/?app=core&module=system&controller=upgrade". The error is "FetchEvent.respondWith received an error: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: reject" (WebKitServiceWorker:0)" Now it's stuck. I've got two IPS communities, one is about four years old and the other is fifteen years old. Starting in the last week or two, the older community is not showing up in Google searches. No one has been doing any kind of AdminCP or server maintenance or anything like that -- is this known bug with the SEO in the software at this time? Both of our communities have an odd thing happening with the search feature over the past four days or so. There has always been the option of searching "This Forum" and "This Thread" under the "More options" choice on the search bar of both forums. The option to search "search this forum" is gone from the list from the top right general search box option. One our admin report that, i really did not notice it, but I see it also gone from IPS forum here as well.

I don't know if this has been previously reported and the search index on the site is rebuilding so I can't check... so sorry if this is known already. ACP > Community > Forums > Forums Edit a forum without any sub-forums. Select "Display Settings". In the orange notice... "Combined fluid view cannot be enabled as this forum does not have and sub-forums". Was this intended to be the word "any"?
