Hi all! For a few days now, some (few) users have had the problem that the images taken with their smartphone are loaded rotated from the forum. I know that is likely to be on the users end and not our end, but what can you recommend to them? Thank you!

To reproduce: Open "mark as solution" in a new tab several times Look at the author's solutions list, and observe that the same post shows up multiple times, and the user's solution count has increased accordingly. This can be triggered accidentally, eg if the user accidentally clicks the button multiple times or has a network dropout, and could also be exploited by users to quietly artificially boost their solution count. It happens because in \IPS\Content\Solvable::toggleSolveComment, you don't delete the existing entry from core_solved_index when marking a new post as a solution (though you do clear the solved flag from the existing post). The issue is as follows: Have package with multiple renewal terms: 1. 30 days / $10 2. 180 days / $30 (add to base price) 3. 360 days / $60 (add to base price) Select 2 or 3. The price will display: "First 30 days $XX" always. If "add to base price" is selected it should display 180 or 360 days for 2 and 3. Otherwise it claims that first 30 days cost price + renewal. Issue lays somewhere in {{$priceDetails = $package->fullPriceInfo();}} Quick solution would be appreciated.

If a user creates one comment on record, IP Address Tool will count this comment for all databases that have comments enabled. Example for the user who has made 6 comments in Guides: In the example above, the user has never commented lessons or drafts. If he comments on guide another time, the number of comments will increase in all databases.

Hi Invision, There is a very problematic bug with Business Address on Commerce 4.6.11. Here is what happens: When Commerce is configured to use a business tax type (for instance "European Union VAT Rates"), then, during registration, the type of address used is /nexus/dev/html/global/form/businessAddress.phtml Then, it is possible to choose a “Consumer” or “Business” address. 1st problem: When choosing the “Business” address type, the field for the company name does not appear when the chosen country is outside the European Union. Hi This looks like a bug. When a member buys the product through the store the grace period is set but when the Admin manually adds an invoice to a member using the same product the grace period is not set. To test you need a renewable product with a grace period and manually add the invoice with that product to the a member. Edit the Active purchase to see the grace period. This is the same product with 2 days grace period.

Dailymotion uses new share domain https://dai.ly/x88mkl5 Invision Community does not support this URL. But if I use an old URL _https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x88mkl5 (see below), then it is embedded as desired.

Hi Invision, M4A files are the audio counterparts of MP4 files for video. They are HTML5 compatible and work natively in browsers. Also, in \IPS\File, you should add 'm4a' to: public static $safeFileExtensions public static $audioExtensions And in $fileIconMap : 'm4a' => 'file-audio-o', Thank you!

I've enabled the "Force Subscription purchase when registering" and I've users registered without subscription plan. And this not all, this register send an event to zapier and register in my ActiveCampaign a new user with payed privileges, so I start to send some automatic mails about payed services. There is a stroong issue. Or we have more events to discriminate any scenario to send to zapier or IPS cant send this zapier without subcription plan payed. Can you take a look and find a solution? I've the usr id=2300 in this situation. Thanks a lot.

Hi, I created 2 webhooks, one for "forumsTopicPost_create" and one for "forumsTopicPost_delete", both pointing to my script that simply logs the request. When I reply to a topic - I can see that the "forumsTopicPost_create" webhook is indeed being triggered, with all the IPS\forums\Topic\Post object data. However, when I delete this comment (not hide, full delete) - the "forumsTopicPost_delete" is NOT triggered. I tested this quite a few times, and waited long enough... it's not triggering. Any ideas?

In the listing of the records, we have the number of records in the category. This number actually returns the number of records in all children categories. This way, the number we see in the table title differs from the number of actually listed records in this table. It is weird to see the number 3 above the list with only one record.

Hello, Since some days ago, my Forum runs users that is not from the user, and the Forum can't logoff. I ran the Invision update today, after this, I can to do login once, but if I try to navagate in the forum, I'm shot down automatcally. If I try to do a new login, appers the erro: The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information. My forum doesn't has plugins, and the theme is updated too. How can I fix this problem for my users can navegate normally? My forum is: www.forum.contatoradar.com.br

Hello, I'm not sure exactly since when this started, but Facebook and Instagram embed posts are not working on my website: Twitter works fine. Instagram throws the same error Facebook does, and if I copy the embed code I see an empty Instagram post: What should I do to fix this?
