Hello, I had a thread on my forum with hundreds of replies within it and out of nowhere it disappeared. I cant neither find it on the DB nor within the content search. After rescanning the post count, the post amount also went down. What could cause such issue?

I have a question. Why is the advertising banner on mobile devices duplicated? Also on the computer with the reduced window. This is what happens with all web browsers. The size of the banner and the extension (jpg. Png) does not matter. Thanks for the answers. Regards Paul

Had a page that took a couple hours to perfect. I tried to move a block, got the error above, and lost all data in that block! Is there a way to get it back? Edit: Would this happen if two administrators had the block open in edit mode?

A bit ashamed to say I'm not familiar with the logs in IPB, but noticed that the "uncaught_exception.php" log is 29G in size. Can I reduce it's size? In Admin > System Logs I edited the prune settings to 10 days from 30 days. Should I just wait for a background process to reduce the size of this log? Can I safely use the linux truncate command to reduce this log (worried that it has a .php extension and may need to be handled by the system)? Thanks for any help you can provide!

I recently registered a new member to our community portal through the AdminCP. I entered their name, email address and assigned them to a Group that has access to all pages in our community portal. However, after the member created their account (from a link in the email they were sent) and logged in, they received the message below. This member is set up exactly like other members to the portal who are not having this issue. We also noticed that the browser tab title displays "Sorry, you do not have permission for that!" Hiya, After a long hiatus of development with Invision power (only do it for my website not for public dev) I have come into an issue where when I modify template files for admin or front end (the .phtml files within the dev folder) they don't seem to automatically update on the dev site I have. I have attempted to clear the system cache but it seems that the template files I modify don't update in the database. I haven't attempted to delete the entries in the DB for the templates as I'd say that will cause more headaches. Hello One of my members alerted me to a bug by which any user can bypass the 2fa check. To replicate: Sign into a new account that has not yet set up 2fa, when prompted to set it up simply edit the URL so that it only contains https://<domain>/settings rather than the 2fa generated url (https://<domain>/settings/?do=initialMfa&ref=<ref>) By doing this, a user can enter the member control panel and has the ability to change username, password, email etc - completely negating the purpose of 2fa! After moving my Invision installation from bzpower.com/board to bzpower.com members are not able to login via Google. I regenerated a new Client ID and Client Secret but am still getting an error: I'm guessing this might be because the ACP states "The Redirect URI to use is http://www.bzpower.com/oauth/callback/" but Google requires you to use HTTPS. I have a valid SSL certificate for my site - how do I get that updated, assuming that's the issue? Thanks!

Hello, There are members whose invoices have expired. There is no way for them to pay those invoices or renew the product. Am I doing something wrong? Is there an option to let him resume his membership by paying the expired invoice? Hello , i enabled designer mode to work on a theme and then after i finished and disabled it the forum no longer works, it gives me this error: Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported. We have a membership product. The registration process includes optional purchase of a membership. It's also possible to go to the store and purchase a membership without registering, which causes problems. I'd like to hide the product in the store so customers would have to go through registration (or already be registered) to purchase membership. Two really annoying issues that my customers are experiencing right now is: 1) How do I update everyone's invoices, right now only way is to hope that the old customer makes a support ticket for me to then manually update it. New price has been 60 instead of 120 for months. 2) No option to buy when the user was a subscriber previously? When the user clicks view purchase, this is all they see? No option to buy, renew nothing.

Hello all. I am just wondering if anyone else has had the issue whereby if you get a notification of a new post in a topic, that when you click on it, it does not always take you to that new post. I have had a few members note this issue and will usually have to scroll up or down to get to the right place. We of course have taken note of the notification settings as displayed below.
