I've been fighting with this for the last two days. I haven't POSTED since the early 2000s and I'm sure the solution is obvious, so I'm asking for help. I'm trying to post a record to a custom database. My URI is https://my.site/api/cms/records/10 The documentation states "Field values. Keys should be the field ID, and the value should be the value. For fields of the Upload type, the type of the value must also be an object itself, with each key set as the filename and the value set as the raw file contents" For the field key, I've tried the field number ("22"), the field name ("Parse Time") and the template key ("titlefield_10"). I just have a simple question. Guests go click on subscriptions and it creates an invoice that is pending with absolutely no contact information. I click 'cancel' since if I click on 'delete' I get a warning message to cancel before I delete, so I do that, cancel then delete. What is the issue if I just delete and not cancel? And is there anyway to reduce the number of these bogus guest subscriptions that do nothing but take up time to delete? Any ideas?

We just upgraded to Version 4.6.12.1 from 3.3.4. Most things are working good except for one thing -- the disk space on our server had exploded from 40GB for the old board to now 80GB. We just watched the disk capacity rise from 73GB to 80GB in the span of 12 hours, filling up our 80GB drive and crashing the board. We cleared a little space and restarted the board, but we're seeing a steady rise again. From 95% capacity to 97% in just three hours. We do not allow content uploading on the board except for profile pictures, most of which were imported from the old board. Obviously a message board shouldn't need that much disk space. Good day, I am having a problem with the primary and secondary groups. Maybe I am doing things wrong, but I am trying to understand it. I just had a member who had purchased product A and was moved to the primary group A. A member rarely buys a second membership, but he did. So the purchase moved the member to user group B and removed access to primary group A. What do I do when I have several products that move users to a different primary group? We recently installed the Google Review widget in a few places and it's showing all text underlined. Reported to the developer and he is saying that it's coming from an IPS style setting. I have a few products that has made several thousand sales. When I am trying to update it, so it would update all existing purchases with a new user goup.. It seems like it only does the first 15 000 members, after that it seems to change 1 every 10-15 second, which makes it really slow and unusable. Could this be fixed?

Hi, I am having issues since ugrading to 4.6.12.1. When posting new messages sometimes it's instant, sometimes it takes somewhere from 5 to 16 seconds. Since I also upgraded the OS (Debian 11 bullseye, as I do every month) I can not be 100% sure it's the Invision community upgrade. I have checked all /var/log/* for errors, enabled the mysql slow query log, but nothing suspicious. Anobody having similar issues, or maybe someone has some pointers on what to check next? So the last two recent updates have, for me, required an updated custom theme. The problem is that it cripples my site completely every time this happens - homepage is screwed and I can't log in to my adminCP - the login page only shows EX0 Something went wrong. Please try again. This is extremely irritating and I really wish there were a safeguard of some kind to revert to the default theme so that admins can log in and upload updated custom themes. Don't know if this is possible, but in the meantime is there a way I can FTP to my site and tweak some details to at least switch the theme that way?

Hello Team, I had to move my forum and website from an old server to a new server, this new server has php8.0. When I try to reach the admin pages, just after login, the following error appears : Fatal error: Cannot use "parent" when current class scope has no parent in /var/www/xxxxxxxxxxx/public/system/Theme/Theme.php(2632) : eval()'d code on line 27 I tested with php8.1 and now back to php8.0 Thanks for your help. Sorry about all the questions — now that a jotform → IPS post trigger is basically working I'm trying to make some display improvements in the posted topic. I'm trying to get the simplest form input type on the jotform side that will translate line breaks to the created post on the IPS side. Textarea: mapping the form textarea to post content strips out all line breaks in the post. Back to testing basic textarea. I've been getting this random issue happening over the past 2 months (March and April) where an event will be created in the calendar with a set time. And then it will seemingly randomly change by 1 hour (perhaps after someone goes in to edit the description?) A few knowns: It has happened to events I have created (admin) as well as a (moderator) level It has happened to events created from different time zones and set in different time zones (Pacific and Central) It can SOMETIMES be edited back to the original time. Hello, I have noticed a little bug in the "Table Properties" window when you click on a table in the editor and then select "Table Properties" using the "Table" ckeditor plugin: https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/table This is what I get: As you see the "Headers" and "Alignment" options are not aligned ("None and "<not set>"). This happens with Firefox, but I guess it would be the same with other browsers. Is it possible to fix that? Thank you in advance!

Good morning, I was recently making changes to some member groups. I have a group named Newbie and and when a new registration is attempted they get a registration email and when you click the link it does take you to the site however. Only shows the site advertisement, menu but no matter the link clicked in the menu it always goes to the STORE. This happens even if I manually create an account. Old members in that group still access the site like normal no changes. I have a rule for default account going to newbie group and after they post 1 message it changes them to Member +

First of I've got a downloads that is not working good at all. When members download a file now it shows a network error and stops. If you right click Chrome and tell it to resume it will finish the download with the error present yet. https://mopar1973man.com/files/file/173-mid-injector-tow-tune/ Which creates this... I'm interested in finding out the costs of moving to IPS cloud hosting and the benefits of doing so I'd also be interested in the speed of the site if I moved onto it, plus the downtime/uptime stats? Where could I get this info?
