Our many members are complaining that while checkout the physical item for shipping, they are unable to edit their old address which they filled while joining.
Any specific reason why members have been unable to edit their billing/shipping address while the checkout process?
They can change it. The step is just skipped for convenience. The members would need to click on “Step 1”, which would bring them to the skipped part where the address can be changed.
