Reaching out to others with the commerce application. I'm exploring commerce in the 4.7 trial. I have set up a product, a shirt, and added two colors and 5 associated sizes. I added the stock numbers for each size and color. On purpose, I had some sizes as zero but other sizes and colors do have some stock numbers. My question: why does it show "0 in stock" under the product label and price when in fact the system allows me to select an instock size and price and go all the way to checkout?

I can look at the Marketplace here (on IPS) and see all the different aps and themes but when I try to view all of them from the left side nav bar, I only get 1 page with a handful of aps! I don't see any settings or such...what am I doing wrong?

Hi I'm having trouble with outgoing emails from the forum? They appear to be lacking headers needed to properly authenticate an email so all emails are bouncing and flooding my mail server. Example of a bounce back from Google: Can someone help me with this? Hi All, We have seen that Invision provides the hosting both in US and EU. How can we check if our platform is hosted in US or EU region? Is it possible to migrate the hosting from US to EU ? If yes, is there any cost associated to that ? What is the procedure? Thanks for any help and support.

Wondering if someone can help me understand how to change the order of this core feature. The '+Create' function is always in a strange order depending on what people have active on their website. I need the ability to change the order so it follows common sense in what people want to do most of first, as well as potentially change some wording if required to make more sense. I think wording with some I know I can change within the Pages database when you create them as you can give them a name, but if there are other ways please shout up. Hello. It's Junhee. I'm administrator for service forum, https://forum.whale.naver.com/. I recently found that I cannot log in to forum admin (https://forum.whale.naver.com/admin) with my ID/Passwords, which is definitely correct! I have no idea what happened, and even cannot find any way to find or recover my passwords... what a desperate situation; I thought 'invisioncommunity.com' sharing same account with forum admin, and tried to change password in invisioncommunity.com. Hi, I am trying to set telegram to invisionpower workflow. What I want to achieve is when I post a photo or video into a channel, the telegram bot post a topic attaching the photo or video into a club forum. After following a telegram to invisioinpower scene template, I don't know how can complete the process. That tamplate set bot posting into forum successfully, but I don't know where I should to touch to set bot detect post from related channel. That bot already set up as admin of that channel.

Hi, I need to credit a new member with a purchase of a downloadable file in Commerce. Do I just move them to the correct customer group then create an invoice for zero amount, add the item and then mark it paid? Then they will see it in their client centre and will be able to download it from Downloads app, as if they had made an actual purchase? Many thanks!

Hi, Is there any way to make posts from new members go into the moderation queue? We manually approve all memberships to prevent spam, but we occasionally approve users who appear to be legitimate, but who quickly begin posting spam. I'd like a user's first few posts to go into the mod queue, so we can determine whether or not they're a legitimate user. Ideally, once we've approved one of their posts, the queue requirement would be lifted. I know we can force all posts containing URLs to enter the moderation queue, which would likely help, but we don't want to stop our existing trusted users from being able to include URLs in their posts. Latest upgrade hung at download and unpack. My forums are showing "Update in progress". A full restore didn't bring them back. If I remember right there are some files installed somewhere for the failed update that need deleting but I can't find them?

I just created a new regular discussion forum but I can't see it on the forum index! What am I missing here? I have double checked the settings and permissions and everything looks OK! I am stumped! The renewal payment doesn't work, every time I try to pay, I get that something didn't go right. It doesn't send me to the paypal website, and I can't pay with my card either, there I get another error. Any idea?
