The renewal payment doesn't work, every time I try to pay, I get that something didn't go right. It doesn't send me to the paypal website, and I can't pay with my card either, there I get another error.

Any idea? 

Please could you provide more information on what you are trying to renew? Its not clear if you are referring to your invision purchase, a marketplace purchase, or purchases on your site
