Can a block or Advertisement be added to a database entry, like an article, by inserting it into HTML? I can insert a google adsense script into html and it works, but I would rather insert a block or reference an Ad that I've set up directly in Invision. {block="my_block_key"} or {advertisement="KEY"}. Inserting these into the Source HTML editor does not work. Is there a way to make this work, or is there not an easy way to do in-content ads or embeds? Seems, that since this is a pretty standard use case, there has to be an easier way to do it than inserting the whole google script at each location, in each article. Dear IPS support, I have reported a bug in context of the reporting system 2 versions ago: With the latest version (4.7.5) the reporting system is again broken! No notifications (emails) are sent in case a new report is created. The IPS code crashes while preparing the notifications. Hello, Some users have problem in login on Front End. I go to Admin CP and on Friendly URLs (i already have the three option enable) click on Save and lost the access to Admin CP. In the AdminCP I got this notice: I clicked on "Fix This" and chose the "cron" option and set the cron up - but even with the cron running it doesn't appear this issue has been resolved. When I run the cron with -v I get output like this: I'm not sure why this is happening or how to address it.

Hi, My site is throwing this error up when I try to sign in, seems a fairly new issue and nothing has changed since I could login. I've done some searching and support advised to clear cache which I've tried, as well as other browsers. I can't login to the admin site to clear the forum cache. I am owner of the website (it's not a plugin/application). In the past, I added my JS under theme folder and added it in includJs using {resource} But I noticed, it caused 10+ additional requests when someone visits the website. How do I package under my JS with invision resource to avoid extra network requests?

If I post a calendar event for a date and time, time zones that have the event fall in the next day have the wrong time. Example: event posted for friday night a 9pm eastern US time. Users in europe will see it as 4am on the same friday, when it should show saturday. Has anyone else seen this? I reported originally back in 2019 and it was supposed to have been fixed in 2020.

Hello community, I have made a report with Looker Studio (ex Google Studio) with the information from Google Analytics of my website, however, when I want to view this report in an IFRAME context, I get this error message. Refused to frame 'https://datastudio.google.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'none'". I've had one of our site users who posts / reads via his Samsung S22 Ultra and recently has had issues on our site when he posts. What happens is, he writes out his post, but when submitting his post there seems to be numerous blank lines under his post which extends the space his post takes right down the screen. I've not seen it with anyone else, and not heard of it before, but could someone shed any light on this? Is it something that has happened before? What could I/he do? It's an error that doesn't appear for him on any other site. Thanks

The API documentation clearly states that "to" is an array. Sorry. According to the documentation for this endpoint, "from" and "to" parameters are the member_id. I can view the member IDs from the URL and know they are correct: /admin/?app=core&module=members&controller=members&do=view&id=1196 Despite this, I am getting invalid_recipient. Invision Community v4.7.5 A member reported an issue where he can't PM on his mobile device and also can't Quote and Reply on topics. The Quote link/word actually appears and flashes for a second and then disappears. I have been able to reproduce this with the Dev Tools on Chrome by setting a custom User Agent to what is below. Is there a way to disable all activity (posts, comments, uploads, everything...) but still allow anyone to view the community? I think I can edit permissions for Groups to do this, but I was hoping for a simpler solution. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or are Permissions the only way? Thanks!
