  1. Please ensure that your group that you belong to has permission to post HTML. You can find this in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Can post HTML? Please note: it is only recommend to provide this to a group which you have the upmost confidence and trust with and not the whole community. The ability to post HTML can not only cause intentional malicious harm but unintentional as well. Thus, it is usually disabled by default.
  2. I am sorry to hear that the resolution was not enough through the ticket. I can certainly split your reply here to our Feature Suggestion forum if you would like or you can create a Feature Suggestion forum topic to explain your suggested change to this feature further?
  3. There are no methods to convert an existing "subscription" from one payment method to another at this time. I have moved your request to Feature Suggestions to receive further feedback on the idea making it into a future release.
  4. I've created a ticket for you so we can take a closer look at this as it will require access to your community to see what is going on here.
  5. Hmmm, I am not having any issues seeing it there. Is there already one on the page? The block should allow multiple but just trying to match what you have. Are you on the latest release? Have you tried disabling all third party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified theme? I find this odd both you and opentype are experiencing the same thing. If you are still having issues, I will need to convert this to a ticket so we can look closer.
  6. For those wondering, "Split" is the command which will allow you to split a post from a topic and either make a new topic out of it or add it to an existing topic.
  7. Assuming that is a sub-forum? What type of forum is it? (e.g. Discussion, Q/A)
  8. Pages' WYSIWYG editor block is available within other applications as well. Double checking myself, I tried Forums, Downloads, Commerce, and Gallery. If you're having issues with a specific application, please let us know which one and I can double check for you.
  9. Due to you are granting access to "special" areas (your 2nd point), this would be a permission and I would advise setting up a new member group for this. Then you can either assign it as a primary group (shown publicly) or a secondary group (hidden to users in the core software). If you wanted to show secondary member groups, you could use the following add-on (please note that all support for third party add-ons are through the author): https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/9897-secondary-group-display/
  10. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  11. How would this group differ from the existing member group? Special permissions, access to certain areas? Will it cost money to join this group? If you want to simply open up an area for these users to discuss and be a part of a sub-group of your community. Our Clubs feature is a perfect fit for this. You can see a basic overview of our Clubs feature here. Also, can see it in action here on our community here. To activate Clubs, you would simply go to ACP -> Community -> Clubs -> Enable (if you haven't already). Then ensure your member groups have permission to access them.
  12. Thank you for reporting this and bringing it to our attention. I have logged a report internally which our developers will review. A fix for this should be available in a future release. Thanks again!
  13. When was the last time the page was crawled? (Was it when you were on 4.6?) Are you able to provide an example URL so we can see the content?
  14. Thank you for reporting this issue. I was able to reproduce this in Clubs as well as normally and I have reported it internally for our developers to further review. If we have further questions, we'll reach back out. Otherwise, a fix should become available in a future maintenance release. Thanks again for reporting!
  15. I’m afraid, I can only tell you why it isn’t working on our software. That forum may be using a custom player (or other behind-the-scenes conversions) rather than a native HTML5 player like we do.
  16. What browser are you using? Only Safari AFAIK fully supports MOV. Whereas, MP4 is widely supported. If your browser does not support the video file, it will show as a downloadable attachment.
  17. What @Jimi Wikman mentioned and performing a system cache clear would also be worth trying.
  18. The who's online block is managed through the Block Manager. You can navigate to the page (or page type) you wish to add the block to and simply drag/drop it into place. Please see the Guide about utilizing the Block Manager.
  19. Thanks for the input, @Nathan Explosion! Due to the only way currently to obtain this feature is through a third party add-on, I am going to move this topic to our Community Support forum. Please note that third party add-ons would only be supported by the author and the community but not through our staff's official support. If you have any questions about the add-on, please reach out to the author through their support means before purchasing.
  20. Would recommend using the default .htaccess which is in ACP > System > Search Engine Optimization > in the description of the Rewrite URLs? field.
  21. Demos would need to be transferred to a Cloud account or they will expire. If you purchased a separate Cloud account, please submit a ticket and our team will be happy to help.
  22. Can find our rewritten URL .htaccess in ACP > System > Search Engine Optimization > in the description of “Rewrite URLs?”
  23. You would need to place this in an area which can execute template code as Daniel instructed with either putting it in a PHP block or a theme template. This is getting outside of our support so I will move this topic to the community support forum.
  24. Source tab in the editor would still not work as it is still the editor, not a template.
  25. Looks like that template code was not placed in an executable space. Was this placed in the WYSIWYG editor? I'm afraid, it will not execute there and will need to be placed in a template.
