  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. If this is one-on-one help, I completely agree with you. However, the purpose is a group effort here not only to help the original user but any future users. In order to collaborate, we ask everything is in English. You're welcome to put another language below your English but all replies should be in English.
  3. You can set your icons in your ACP. PWA is essentially a browser opening your community. It just has a few “app-like” features.
  4. Excellent. Glad to hear you found the issue.
  5. Unfortunately, to investigate and resolve this it would need to be more than a few moments here or a screenshot. We would need to reproduce it or see it effectively so our developers can investigate on your community.
  6. Unfortunately, I am not seeing this issue. Each tasks' last run and next run are all either 7pm or 8pm on both your root domain and sub-domains.
  7. When you use the default text color in the editor and do not change it via editor controls to a specific color, the UI will automatically change this. For example, I am using dark mode here in the ACP for this forum description: Here is the same item in light mode in the ACP (no changes made): However, this is how it will appear on the front-end: If that does not happen for you, please ensure that you have not applied any coloring to the font in your editor. If that still does not resolve the issue, please let us know an example and we can look but likely this is something specific.
  8. I would recommend disabling CloudFlare and the external advertisements to see if this is causing any interference with the display of your image.
  9. I have converted this to a ticket to have a manager handle the refund for you. Someone will be with you as soon as they can.
  10. This is not something which we can address. If you wish to change the text color to the same as the background of the editor, I'm afraid, there is nothing we can do. Just like here in a light theme, if I changed it be white, there is nothing we can do to stop you or correct that.
  11. Could you please provide an example? We will require examples here to see what is happening. Essentially, some actions you're performing is either creating an error multiple times and our firewall is blocking you or there is something else going on here that we need to address.
  12. Could you please clarify what theme you're attempting to make the default? Also, it looks like your advertising provider is including advertisements in your ACP which could potentially be causing things to work unexpectedly. I would recommend disabling those advertisements in the ACP.
  13. If you could provide a user who is having issues, we can take a look here. I am not seeing any particular issues. Some administrators have both an unrestricted administrator group and a restricted administrator group which may result in less permissions available to that user but we can cross that bridge once you provide an example.
  14. Customizations, such as this, would be outside our scope of support. I have moved this to our peer to peer support forum for further assistance.
  15. I'm afraid, that is not currently how it functions due to technical aspects involved with how to handle filtering. You are more than welcome to submit your suggestion in our Feature Suggestion forum, however, for future consideration.
  16. I have transferred this to a ticket as we will need to investigate why you're seeing the error which you are there. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  17. Thank you. Could you please update the credentials on file and we can take a look to see if we can determine a software reason for this.
  18. The PHP script you have there would not interpret time zones from your browser but our software will. To confirm, you're using the same exact computer and browser when viewing our software?

As you're on 4.6, a plugin for 4.5 will not be available to it.

If you would like to post a link to the item you're attempting to install, we can confirm why this is happening. As Nathan said though, it likely isn't compatible with the release you're on.
  21. This would be a known issue which will be resolved in a future release. You can do that if it clears it up but we will not have a fix till he future release, I'm afraid.
  22. This may seem like a silly question but are you accessing each install through the same means? (i.e. the same browser on your local machine). I ask as this could be a time zone difference being shown here. By chance, you're viewing this through a remote desktop machine and it has a completely different time zone, that would be expected.
  23. While I certainly sympathize with the situation you are in, the fact of the matter is what I have highlighted for you. The part is the word "technically". That word has, unfortunately, caused significant struggles, pain, and downtime for our clients and significant overhead for our support on items which are outside our scope of support already. This was one of the many reasons to force authors to verify and confirm what version their add-ons work for prior to allowing them to appear as such in the Marketplace. Then also to verify those versions on install for clients. As much as I hate to throw anyone under the bus, it is also a little protecting you from yourself scenario too. Where clients have installed add-ons from far outdated releases, which just bring their site down. This may not be your scenario here but this is an extreme example that came up often in the past. If the author wishes to provide you the files, you can certainly upload the add-on as a custom item to your installation still. Though, from what it sounds like, the author has abandoned the project so that may not be as helpful but still worth a try to reach out. Ultimately, this has been discussed a lot on the community and while it has not fallen on deaf ears, as we truly value your input, it is not something which we are going to change at this time. I hope this helps clarify why this was done and I do want to say again, we do value your input here and it does continue to shape how we do things here.
  24. While I certainly understand the concern here, an upgrade will certainly not modify your permissions. This needs to be done from an administrator (or potentially, a third party add-on). Looking in your logs, I do see permissions changed back in September for guests. While I cannot confirm what was changed, there was a change which could include this. Sorry that you encountered this but as mentioned, it is something that will be reviewed.
  25. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
