  11. As mentioned there, you would simply customize the "Send email when purchase will expire soon?" email as that email will replace the automatic one.

  17. We constantly do change features in our software based on feedback from customers and you're more than welcome to provide that feedback in our Feedback forum. My colleague is simply stating that we provide software tools, not legal services so it would be up to yourself to ensure that you comply with laws through our tools available in our software.

  19. We really can't advise on self-hosted as our support really is limited to only our software, not the underlying infrastructure. The best idea would be to review security best practices with your hosting provider if this is a concern for you. Of course, there are obvious best practice items that go agnostic, whether you're using software or hosted services: Use unique and secure passwords for accounts, even from your hosting panel to your ACP, these should never repeat 🙂 . Always use Two Factor Authentication where it is offered. Only allow access to sensitive areas (your hosting panel, server, ACP, etc...) to those who require access and are trusted to do so. Limit areas of access to only accomplish items which that user needs to. Etc... Regarding our Cloud, we have numerous layers of security in place to thwart attacks, from our Web Application Firewall to underlying infrastructure controls and setup, there is a lot going to keep our clients' data secure and their communities online. We have some series in our Invision Community Insider forum which @Charles discusses a lot more of these features in depth. If this interests you, I would suggest reading through it.
  20. If you want to provide the member's display name, club name, and access below, we can certainly put a set of eyes on it to help you out. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. Uploads regardless will flow through CloudFlare and go through their process if you have processing enabled through your DNS.
  22. If they are in a different group than you, I would ensure that their access is the same. Simply because they are an administrator, does not give them automatically access to everything.
  23. Would check to ensure that the group that they belong to have access to Clubs in general. Then would also check that the user has notifications enabled for club invites. Then finally, I would disable any third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme then test again.
  24. Thank you, I was able to login now. Looking at your profile, you have Push notifications active for receiving message notifications. With that active, the push notification would win, and you would not receive an email. You would need to disable push notification if you want only emails.
