I didn’t do that on purpose. How do I re-enable it?

When prospective Members click on "Sign Up" and fill out the form that appears and press "Create My Account," nothing happens. My Message Board was able to accept new Members up until just a couple of weeks ago. Can anyone help with this? Here is a link to the Message Board: https://ericcarmen.com/forums/ Feel free to try and Sign Up. I checked and double checked all of the preferences but I'm stumped. Thanks in advance. Bernie
