  1. Coupons will not automatically apply for subsequent renewals. You can allow coupons to be used on renewals, but the code would need to be applied on each renewal invoice.
  2. As you are upgrading from such an old release there will not be a mutual PHP version that both will work. You will need to upgrade your PHP to 8.1 and then do a manual upgrade to the latest release.
  3. As mentioned, yes, this would require a customization to add new functionality or directly customized into the theme that your program these items to appear statically.
  4. The footer is not currently editable to the extent which you are stating here in the core software. It will require a customization to add new functionality that you're talking about here or you will need to customize your theme.
  5. In the current design, we don't know what the original and rebuilt are. They are one.
  6. Ignoring badges altogether for the time being. The rank would be generated when the rule is ran. Therefore, if you are rebuilding, you would get that date as Marc explained. Not the date which the rule was originally done. For instance, if I met the qualifications for moving to a new rank on January 2024. That would show as what you're see for the rank earned date. However, if I rebuild my achievements on September 13, 2024. I will now being said as hitting the rank on September 2024 as the code recalculated all the rules and saw today, they met the qualifications for that rank.
  7. Badges are different than ranks. Especially, as it looks like those were manually awarded rather than by rules.
  8. Happy to be of assistance ๐Ÿ™‚
  9. ACP -> System -> General Configuration -> disable "Site Online". If a group's setting enables them to has access to your community offline, they will still be able to access and individuals that do not will be not allowed in and shown the message there.
  10. You can just go to your-base-url/robots.txt to view it ๐Ÿ˜‰
  11. As mentioned, youโ€™ll need to copy and paste them ๐Ÿ˜‰
  12. Youโ€™d want to contact your themes author for an updated version which is compatible.
  13. You would want to grab the existing rules at your website.com/robots.txt and then paste them into the custom area in the ACP. The custom area is designed to overwrite our rules so if you want to include them, you'll need to copy/paste them.
  14. You can certainly wipe your installation directory except for your conf_global.php and uploads folder (and any other attachment folders that you may have). However, completely re-installing is not really a fruitful endeavor with a PHP application as there aren't really any compilation files. Additionally, what you're encountering is a server issue rather than a software issue so you'll just run into the same thing.
  15. Before you even go down this road, I would check with a lawyer to even see that it is necessary for the regions you're "doing business" in. Most privacy policies remain complaint to these laws by simply stating what may be collected and how it may be used without being specific to each individual report/log you may have.
  16. ACP -> Members -> Members -> find member -> click "Account Actions" -> Download Personal Information
  17. Guidelines are more-so things like don't spam, don't reply in all capitals or red font, etc... Things that aren't necessarily legal terms but make a community harmonious or keeps discussion flowing. Registration Terms are more things that are legal based: we reserve the right to modify/delete user generated content at our discretion, you provide us an unlimited use of your content, you may not create subsequent accounts once banned, etc... (Please note I am not a lawyer or providing legal advice or stating the above are legal terms which you can claim, just providing examples. If you have any questions on those, please contact a lawyer in your area for advice.)
  18. I have moved this to the Feedback forum as this is currently intended to function in this manner. Worth mentioning that we're using a third-party editor again in V5, Tiptap. Our developers are amazing but developing an editor is a whole product in itself so best left to those specializing in it ๐Ÿ™‚ .
  19. Correct, in your mentioned implementation, there is no need to have these badges/ranks set.
  20. Yes, content count would go up for creating a topic or replying to a topic.
  21. Think youโ€™re over complicating the promotion rules. Why not just have 1 rule that when approved post count > 0 they get moved?
  22. There were some extremely temporary performance issues which now have been resolved.
  23. Not enough coffee this morning, thank you ๐Ÿ™‚
  24. Apologies, we are referring to the row format, not compression. InnoDB has 2 commons row formats, compact and dynamic. You will want to ensure you're using dynamic.
