  1. Your server is preventing access to the files mentioned there. You will need to correct that with your hosting provider.
  2. I have moved this to Feedback as this is a change in the intended design of the software.
  3. If you do not know how to make the customization which you want to have on your theme, you would need to hire a third party provider to do it. You would create the new profile fields in ACP -> Members -> Profiles. If you do not want them to fill out birthday or signature, you would simply remove that from the completion profile process.
  4. I may not be understanding you here. However, it is the point to not show the solution count when in a normal discussion forum without the ability for solved to show.
  5. Go to ACP -> Support -> Clear systems caches
  6. This is still an open bug report at this time. If it isn't mentioned in the release notes, I'm afraid, it hasn't been released yet.
  7. Almalinux is an Operating System (OS). Our software does not directly run at the OS level, it runs on Apache, PHP, and MySQL. Therefore, so long as Alamalinux supports compatible versions of Apache, PHP, and MySQL, you're fine.
  8. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any issues when attempting to login. Are the individuals which are encountering this having an IP address ban in ACP -> Members -> Ban Filters?
  9. Do you have a copy of the message they are receiving? I am not seeing anything specific related to that user in your ban settings or should be causing a block.
  10. Just a heads up, I did hide your message with this information just to keep it secure but we got it 🙂
  11. Thanks! I've moved this to a ticket so we can investigate more closely. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  12. Yes, please ensure that they are overwritten on all files as it still seems there are old files.
  13. Seeing some outdated files here. Could you please go to your Client Area and download a full set of files and then upload the contents of the "ips_****" folder to your server, overwriting what this.
  14. Glad to hear it's working for you.
  15. Please provide the URL if you're seeing this as we would need to investigate as the URL should follow the topic/content title.
  16. There is not. The above would only happen in those cases which are allowed.
  17. There is not a way to specifically limit videos. You would need to limit all attachments uploaded to accomplish what you want here. This can be done on a per content basis per member group in the ACP -> Members -> Groups
  18. The software will embed the image if it is from the internet, otherwise, it will upload it.
  19. It would simply be what the topic title is there. If the topic title has accents, so will the FURL. If they do not, they will not.
  20. Yes, on a topic or post, if you hit the three little dots in the top right -> Share. All items there will include the refer link
  21. Looks like the first guide you found is out of date. I will change that location as the other information is still valid. The referral system got merged under ACP -> Members -> Member Settings -> Referrals.
  22. Please downgrade PHP to 8.1.
  23. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  24. I'm afraid, we are verifying what your server is reporting from PHP against an online source and it is off. As mentioned, even if it is off by a few seconds this warning will appear as it can cause issues. Server configuration is beyond our scope of support so if you continue to have issues, you will want to contact your hosting provider or hire a server administrator if you do not have a managed hosting provider.
  25. You'll want to try recovery mode:
