  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Thanks! I have opened a bug report for this internally for our developers to test further and investigate.
  3. Are you only noticing this on topic follow notifications? Just wanted to understand if this is randomly showing up on other items, that may point more towards a server issue.
  4. Instead of deleting a topic, I would recommend replying with the solution you found. There are no embarrassing questions when building a help community 🙂 .
  5. You will want to contact them on their own website for support.
  6. This has already been reported on one case. I am stating that you should just allow our developers to assess the ticket which is being conducted 🙂
  7. Please disable all third party applications/plugins, switch to an unmodified theme and language, then test again. This is not a known issue so we would need to eliminate those first.
  8. Regardless, it would likely be resolved if it's an issue with recurring events. Regardless if it is daily, weekly, monthly, etc.. 😉
  9. Would allow our developers to review what is happening here as it may be related to what you're experiencing with monthly events as well.
  10. You cannot change a file extension and have it work, I’m afraid. You are doing something which is not allowed so will indeed break and we cannot guarantee it working.
  11. Are you still simply adding these extensions to other formats? If so, we cannot guarantee this to work.
  12. Personally, I would not recommend doing this. Not only is this a security hole but this would extend all sessions and cause things to misbehave, thus, fall outside of our support as well. If you really want to do this though, you can set the ACP_SESSION_TIMEOUT constant to tell the software what you're doing. Then you would also want to change the PHP timeout value.
  13. Believe there is some confusion here. This topic is about being immediately logged out again, not what you're experiencing which is being logged out when your session is inactive. What you're experiencing is indeed normal as the ACP would time out with your PHP session, which default is around 20 minutes. You're running CloudFlare as well so you will want to ensure that you're accepting IP addresses provided by proxies, as mentioned above.
  14. There is no difference, I’m afraid. They would open to the same default application. There is no way to perform what you’re asking in the core software.
  15. Enabling and disabling an application would not change the default application. The default application should never change unless it is acted upon.
  16. As Afrodude mentioned, this is not a software issue but a hosting issue. Your hosting provider or server administrator would need to ensure that the path in the PHP configuration is writable so that PHP can create a session. Currently the path listed in the error there is not writable or exists entirely.
  17. Looking at your nameservers, your DNS is using Ezoic. You would need to have them add/alter/remove records for you or do so in their DNS area.
  18. Looks like a third party application/plugin might have undone your default application, I have applied Forums as your default by going to ACP -> System -> Applications -> clicked the star on the Forums app.
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  21. I have moved this to our Feedback forum for further consideration by our team.
  22. They are not Cloud hosted would want to work with their DNS provider, most likely their hosting provider.
  23. There is no GET endpoint at this time, I'm afraid.
  24. Please add any new information which has transpired since the ticket has been opened in the ticket. You should have an email in your inbox which you can reply to.
  25. This would not overwrite any customization or data as it should be handled all outside of our core files for this vary reason.
