  1. This is not possible via the core software and would require a customization to do so.
  2. Is your community in public_html? Are you running a separate version of PHP in a different directory? This would be in admin but you should test in all because it does little to disable the check to still have these functions running in other directories of your server configuration.
  3. Thank you! That issue is still open with our developers, I'm afraid. You can use the * as a wildcard so *@mail.ru would work.
  4. Sorry, any support for Community Hive will be done on that site, not through Invision Community. I will let someone know though.
  5. Do you have a link to that topic? I do not see a topic or ticket titled like that but, of course, could be missing something. Would simply add that as a banned email address in ACP -> Members -> Ban Settings.
  6. You would simply give your administrator account permission to do so. You're thinking Admin and Moderator as roles rather than governing permission sets. Administrator permissions are in the ACP and Moderator permissions are in the front-end. What content? Forum topics? Pages records? etc...
  7. It is but as the answer is an embedded link, it is not included: "mainEntity": { "@type": "Question", "name": "Mayonnaise", "text": "Is Hellman\u2019s Mayo okay for celiacs. I\u2019ve read several different answers. Is there malt vinin Hellman\u2019s Mayo. \u00a0Is it safe\u00a0\n \n", "dateCreated": "2023-02-24T21:37:46-0500", "author": { "@type": "Person", "name": "Jamima" }, "suggestedAnswer": [] },
  8. You would not need to. This would be something done on the file level. You can indeed. Remove any information that should be private, like your directory paths prior to /uploads
  9. The error code there is not one which we utilize currently so may be from a third party or has been decommissioned. Would recommend trying recovery mode as outlined below in the guide: If recovery mode does not work, you will need to post the system log error. This can be found in /uploads/logs. It will be dated today.
  10. Thanks, I moved this to a ticket so that we can investigate this further. Please check your email for next steps.
  11. You agreed to the license agreement during purchasing of your license key from us. We would not provide a new license key in your situation when you provided it to someone else and they locked you out of the community. This was actually something you asked how to do. However, you should indeed not allow individuals access which you don't trust or they don't need. I am going to lock this topic, as overall, this is not something which we would entertain or assist with as it violates the license agreement.
  12. Would check your CloudFlare configuration to ensure that you're not blocking requests from your own server. That likely is why the warning about URL rewriting is coming up. Would also check that your theme is up to date and compatible with the latest release as well. There was an old issue of the next button in the Gallery looping back through already seen images but that was resolve a bit ago.
  13. It is not common for us to give our software away for free, after all, we are a for-profit business 🙂 . None-the-less, you're more than welcome to ask sales. You may get a nice, fluffy hug from Charles (which may be better than the software 🤣).
  14. Your setting there for 'sql_tbl_prefix' does not have a value. Therefore, any tables prefixed with 'orig_' could be deleted as it is not currently used by this software configuration.
  15. Without understanding what particular table is large or what is going on at the database level, we can't really tell you if this is normal or not.
  16. Would switch to an English language pack. Sounds like a wrong translation. You'll want to contact the author of your language pack for assistance to correct that though.
  17. Onboarding emails in like a drip campaign style aren't really something available in the core itself. I would suggest using Zapier to connect with MailChimp or another drip campaign / automation designed email platform that can handle this for you with ease. Outside of that, Announcements and Alerts can be tailored to a member group so could be like a "Welcome message" and then point to a specific topic, page, whatever on your community which has more onboarding resources. I have something similar on my community where I have an alert welcoming them and then direct them to how to post photos and to introduce themselves to the community. The bad news is there really isn't a drip style to send 1 notice on day 1, the next on day 2, the next on day 3, etc...
  18. I have tagged this to a developer to confirm when the rate check is performed.
  19. Could you please apply the patch which is available and also ensure that any server-side caching is disabled. My colleague appears to also has reported this as a bug so if the above does not help, we will investigate further. As noted here:
  20. Do you have access to the given area which you are embedding? I attempted this with our user and found no issues embedding or viewing the embed. If you're seeing something specific, please ensure you (or the user viewing) has access to the given area in question, there are no Javascript errors (you have quite the number of ads running and errors in the console), and that there are no third party add-ons enabled.
  21. You would want to contact your hosting provider or server administrator if you are not comfortable or have the knowledge to do this kind of log investigation on your server. These would be shipping rates.
  22. This is not something which is in the core software at the moment. You're more than welcome to suggest this in our Feedback forum.
  23. You're more than welcome to suggest this in our Feedback section but I personally find that to be a security loophole.
  24. You will want to disable mod_security and other security modules. Then troubleshoot with your hosting provider or server administrator if you want to keep them.
