  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. After upgrade PHP, you will want to run the compatibility checker to ensure that there are not any missing modules. If something was working and the software was not updated, it sounds like you are missing something:
  3. It does not include profiles or tags. These are low value pages typically that house internal pages and do not have real content themselves. They don't have 0 value, especially now that Google has decided it likes attributing authors but there are better pages to dangle in front of search engines to say "index this."
  4. A user can import by way of an RSS feed from an external source blog into their own blog if you enable it. However, this would need to be an online external source in RSS, not a CSV. There are no means on an admin level to do an import (apart from doing the above in all blogs). If you are interested in doing a custom conversion on our cloud, we can get you in touch with our Sales team. Please let us know.
  5. If you want to disable search completely for users, you can go to ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System -> on "Search", click permissions and give permissions you want to give. If you want to only allow a search per a specific amount of time, you can go to ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Search Flood Control
  6. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to actually apply the files there. I have ran the upgrade for you now. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you have struggles on the next upgrade, please let us know.
  7. Often edits are done for spelling and grammar, I don't think that would be widely accepted to remove reactions if someone did that. If you are concerned about edits changing the emotion or topic of the post, editing can always be disabled so any clarifications are done to a new post. Moderators can remove reactions in rare cases like this where a post may widely change based on perception or clarification. I would be curious as to why? There's some large changes to tagging for version 5, this will help discovery of those tags:
  8. Apologies there might have been a little confusion here as the original topic was an old ticket. I have reopened it now and brought it our developers for review.
  9. It is just an email 😉
  10. This would have been emailed to you. We are currently awaiting a reply on you for access to assist.
  11. Thanks, we'll take a look at this as well. Ultimately though, it may just be add this to robots.txt list like we did for currency.
  12. You will want to check your System Log to see when the last time you actually logged those errors. That warning is simply stating that there are a lot of these which have been logged, not that it has been recently logged. If the upgrade resolved the issue, the warning would still be present as the logs have not been pruned yet.
  13. That would no longer be possible as the latest release does not support 7. You can only upgrade to the latest release via a manual upgrade as mentioned.
  14. Depending on the version you’re currently running, it may not be compatible with PHP8 or you have a third party add on which is being down your suite ads it isn’t compatible. You will want to review your server error log to find out what. If it’s the core software, you’ll need to perform a manual upgrade:
  15. This is not true. Plugins how they exist today will be going away but something like this will be certainly possible still by a third party author. Back to top also is better suited by the OS. No need to clunk up the UI. iOS and desktop have this built in. I’m unsure if Android offers this but you only have so much space on mobile, I’m against clutter and accidental clicks that change the view.

  17. While we understand you do not like this process. Please refrain from creating duplicates of your own request 😉 .
  18. Apologies for the inconvenience there. Our Cloud team deployed a fix which should resolve these issues.
  19. Apologies again for the inconvenience there. Our Cloud team deployed a fix which should resolve these issues. Please let us know if you receive any more related issues.
  20. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our team is investigating an issue which may be leading to the performance issues here.
  21. Instead of deleting your content, it would greatly be appreciated if you could explain what you did to resolve it. This way you're helping others who encounter the issue.
  22. You will want to download the files and then upload them to your server, overwriting what is there. Once the upload is processed, go to {baseurl}/admin/upgrade in your browser and finish the process. Typically, the issue for this to happen is a permissions issue on the server. If you are unsure how to resolve this, please contact your hosting provider.
  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  24. You may wish to check your spam folder as we replied an hour after you messaged us 🙂 .
  25. That is the inline notification. So if you have push notifications disabled and your settings setup correctly, yes.
