  1. That would indicate you're running PHP 8.2 still. If you have multiple versions of PHP installed on your server, it could be your directory which is running your community is setup to run specifically PHP 8.2. You will want to contact your hosting provider for assistance.
  2. Unfortunately, you mentioned "this" but we do not have a message or what you're seeing.
  3. Glad to hear it is resolved
  4. You're running PHP 8.2 so that is expected. You would need to run PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.1 to not receive the Downgrade recommended.
  5. Sorry, are you stating the issue is solved or?
  6. That would be an internal server error generated by your server. You would need to obtain the error from your server's error log and correct whatever that error is in order to be able to upload the file here. What is the error that you're encountering?
  7. That is the staff directory rather than ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators.
  8. This is definitely the conundrum of developing software for the masses. What you're seeing as a totally easy and viable solution is quite the opposite for another community. We have to be as middle road as possible to avoid these conflicts of these implementations. At the same time, we also have to be quite aware that we're a small company so many people state "just add a setting", that just adds more workload to our end. Therefore, there are hard lines in the sand we have to draw. Doesn't mean you can't accomplish what you need, just means you may need to go about it another way or get a custom application built for your community.
  9. Ultimately, moderation and the associated tools should be done prior to obtaining 50 posts that are off topic 🙂 . As mentioned, there are alternatives to be used. If you get post numbers, you ultimately have to go and find those posts, no? No method is perfect but you are not without solutions 🙂 .
  10. You had your sort order for your records set to Ascending order by record id. This would mean that record 1 is positioned at the top, which is what you were getting. I changed this to Descending order, which would place the most recent record created at the top. The RSS feed is now what you are expecting.
  11. They can use the report functionality to do so and then moderators can move those posts via the reported content section of the ModCP. Alternatively, your users can just share the pages and be like "Look at these spam posts" and then it will be up to your moderators to determine if they are or are not.
  12. What are you trying to convey with stating "See post 51-70"? Typically, if you need to reply to something, I'd use the quote tool as I've done here. If I need to reference a post on another page for a user to review for a question, I'd copy/paste that link or you could use quote (or multi-quote) as well. As a user, I'd rather be like "Oh, ok. I'll just click here to see what they're talking about" than go searching through pages to find post #51. Ultimately, there are holes, as Marc mentioned, and as I've mentioned, there are more user-friendly ways to address previous content.
  13. robots.txt is the way to block unimportant items which you do not want search engines and bots to crawl. If you do not like this solution, you're welcome to recommend a new one. However, this is respected and eventually, Google will drop the URL(s). Here is Google's recommendation of what to use a robots.txt for: I highlighted what these are above and it falls under what Google recommends.
  14. Would check that the user isn't a restricted moderator in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators by their user name there. If their user name is in that list at th aforementioned location, it will only obtain those permissions. If you want them to have the "Moderators" group permission, you will need to remove that single user from the moderator list.
  15. The system processes these in real time so I would recommend splitting them up. Depending on how much data you're importing with the user will define how much you need to split this up by. I'm afraid, there is no set amount but I wouldn't recommend importing 200k members with 20 fields each in one go. Definitely will reach a timeout in our Cloud for doing that.
  16. If you're using Redis, you can try to disable that but that should be a direct read from the database. You may need to restore the whole database back to prior to the upgrade and then re-perform the upgrade to ensure that if there are any changes required, those are done accordingly because your table structure/data likely is out of date.
  17. Are you receiving the following message: You do not have permission to access the Admin CP? If so, I'm afraid, that restoration to the permissions table is not working.
  18. So the link there would be on your Pages Database. It should be however many you limited the feed to in the Database settings and which are available to Guests. To investigate further, I would need to look at what settings you have for this: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  19. I've moved this to our Feedback forum as this is the proper place to request new features in the software.
  20. There are no user limits. You can have as many registered users as you need.
  21. How was that restored? With data from a previous backup?
  22. You would want to contact the author for assistance in answering that if those URLs are strictly related to their application.
  23. Sorry, we only provide direct support for Apache .htaccess
