  1. Already, there is confusion because moderators do not have access to the ACP. Thus, you are providing more access to these users.
  2. PHP 7.4+ uses PCRE2 validation. Have you tried scaling back the value which you are inserting? Does the validation work with just "fa-solid"?
  3. Could you please provide an exact example of what a particular user is attempting to do to another user and where they are doing? We can then review your settings and let you know if it is intended or not. We are still lacking who/what/when/where so answering your question about inconsistency or resolving it is not possible.
  4. By chance, are you logging in as multiple users? If so, you would first need to log out as that will destroy the cookies/session set and then allow you to login again as another user.
  5. I would not advise using the Achievement system for reward points that they can spend. The system isn't really built to do that.
  6. If you allow your moderators to warn other staff members or flag them as a spammer then they would be able to potentially ban them, again if you allow that via warning or flag as spammer. However, access to the ACP should only be given to those who need it and you all out trust. Not every staff member. Anyone in the ACP can ban anyone (except themselves).
  7. Could you please let me know what exactly you are changing? Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this when changing a notification setting myself. This also can be done via the ACP so there is no need to login as the user as well.
  8. Until you publish your app, you can only access it via test users. You would need to publish the app in Google's API console website in order for non-test users to access it. It's worth mentioning that these providers do change frequently and while our guide may not match 100% (we will update it), the idea is there and it should still function.
  9. We can enable the betas on Cloud for your package but it is with the understanding that the betas may not be perfect and a resolution to the issue may not be resolved right away like a general available release would.
  10. This will be in 4.7.15 which had a beta released if you would like to test it.
  11. You would want to contact the author if you are unsure how to find their resources. My guess is that they didn't make a transition to hosting this on their own or have been MIA for a while if you are struggling to find it. Keep in mind any change is going to be different than what you had before. Nothing will be easier than point and click of the Marketplace but the simple solution is to always contact the author if you don't know where to go.
  12. Apologies, this looks like a process issue on our hand as you are not UTF8MB4 which is a requirement now. I have transferred this to a ticket so we can resolve this for you now.
  13. You can simply go into your database (using PHPMyAdmin or similar) and then go to the core_members table, at which time you would locate both the account you know the password of and your administrator account. On the administrator account, find the number for member_group_id column and then update that column for the account which you know the password of. This will then make the regular user account that you know the password of an administrator. You can then edit the password of your original administrator account.
  14. Is there an account on your community which you do know the password of? They do not need to be an administrator for what we are about to do.
  15. To clarify, were you able to submit the forgotten password form and you didn't receive the email? Have you checked your spam folder?
  16. Sorry, seems you did not mention the error which you're running into. Keep in mind that on Cloud, we while do manage the maintenance of your database, it does not mean there could be a bug in the software which is causing an error or a third party add-on creating an error. It looks like you are a part of our Cloud, you can still open a ticket in Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> click your Cloud package -> Support. However, our community here is an official means of software support so there is no change.
  17. What are you seeing as an "integration"? If it is simply allowing your Wix users to login to your Invision Community instance, yes, we offer an OAuth 2.0 handler for this purpose.
  18. Glad at least you have a direction to try.
  19. Sorry to hear that this has happened. However, we would not be able to assist with transactions with a third party. If you haven't already tried, please contact them via their website.
  20. After logging into your community, I was able to find what I needed but using the same settings, I am unable to reproduce this. I have, however, turned this into a ticket so we can investigate what is happening here more closely. It seems there are a lot of configurations done to your environment so we will need to inspect this to see what may be happening here. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  21. I'm afraid, it is not correct, which is why we sent this. Please respond with any further questions or concerns in the ticket.
  22. I'm afraid, we would require what your members are getting approval for moderation. That is not included in what you have provided so we would require more info.
  23. We would need to know what is causing moderation approval here for your members. Guest group would not be impacted by this. Yes, it is indeed. I moved the topic here for you 😉
