You'll want to re-embed your block as the code you're currently using is has inheriting stylesles set to false. The data-inheritStyle='true' needs to be set.

Glad to hear that you fixed the issue. I would recommend evaluating that sooner than later. The authors of your items should be listed next to them. Generally, there is also a contact or website listed there too in the magnify glass. Better to do this now than when you're in a pinch and need support or get hit by a security issue because your software is out of date.

Only physical products that need to be shipped are deprecated (e.g. we're taking out the shipping portion of products). Emojis can already be used in names. Themes would be the way to go to change any font coloring, etc... Theme customization will still be around in V5, it just is changing. Ultimately, the HTML will be more robust so customizing via CSS will be easier than V4. Wouldn't get too scared about any changes. Customizing your community theme is still a big part of V5. As Marc mentioned though, anything that isn't in the software, you're welcome to create a Feedback topic for 🙂 .

This is currently possible in V4: This is possible, just each duration would be a new subscription. Alternatively, you could use products which allow this in one renewable product. Our checkout page for all items is also used for Subscriptions and this is possible in V4. It will be expanded upon for V5. What kind of formatting are you wanting to see? This can already be done via your theme.

The table has crashed or has become corrupted. You’ll want to contact your hosting provider to see if it can be repaired. Otherwise, you’ll need to restore a backup when it was not encountering this issue. -
They will not be able to login to the ACP with their SSO credentials. They would need to create a password via the forgotten password tool or you provide them one as they need to login with their Invision credentials.

Could you please clarify what you mean by not having access to the ACP? Do they not see the link on the front-end or do they not have access when logging into the ACP login page? Was the account created for this user prior to them signing into your SSO on the community? If so, the account may not be connected.

Have you recently altered your domain or cookie domain settings? Are these new users ?

You would need to contact your email provider to see what is going wrong. This is not something we can correct for you. A DNS is a DNS, it does not matter where it is hosted. Think of a DNS as an old operator switchboard. When a request comes in for X, the DNS redirects to it's value. Nothing of where that DNS is hosted should inherently cause an issue.

There is not yet a process for if/when old, self-hosted licenses will be required or otherwise to be upgraded to "Classic" license terms. As of now, you can keep it dormant if you do not have a reason to renew it. That may change in the future. Only the monthly license was subject to these terms of license termination after 24 months. As we have removed the monthly Classic term offering, this is no longer the case. Where did you read this line?

You cannot specifically specify a coupon code for a subscription. However, you can make a coupon code non-specific (be able to be used on everything) and it will apply to subscriptions.

You would need to investigate with your hosting provider what happened to these files as they were not deleted by the software, I'm afraid.

You will want to check your backup to ensure everything copied over correctly then as if you're missing files, this was not done correctly or you are missing files. I'm afraid, this is not a software issue.

You would need to ensure that your /uploads folder is in the correct spot on your server. Sounds like it is not. Keep in mind that our software does not load the images, we use HTML to do an HTTP call to your server for the browser to load the image (normal HTML img tag). Thus, think of what we store in the database and what you're seeing in the ACP is just the attachment name and path on your server. If the image is not loading, the image does not exist on your server so you need to correct that on your server.

Looks like you placed the .htaccess in the folder for your root domain rather than the "forums" subfolder.

I'm afraid, we cannot provide you the password on file for security purposes. In your backup, you will want to see if there is a .htaccess and then move that to your working directory if so. If not, please let me know and I can disable URL rewrites for you in the ACP.

Does not look like you have fully setup their link clicking service. You will want to contact SendGrid for assistance on completing that or disable it.

PHP 8.3 is not supported. You will need to do PHP 8.1. You'll want to go to ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> then download and apply the .htaccess file according to the instructions in the description of the "Rewrite URLs" field. You would need to check the credentials which you're using to login. The login form is request email address and password. Please ensure you're doing so appropriately. If your browser is inserting your display name and password from saved credentials, this is likely why it is stating it is invalid.

Allowing regular users to see email addresses is not only a PII concern but can open you up to malicious attacks and spam to the user. You could theoretically make your base member group a moderator in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators with no moderator permissions and that should do it. However, again, it is not something which is at all recommended and you would be taking a lot of risks on by doing so.
