  1. Please could you provide me with a link to that post?
  2. The email in your account is indeed what is used, and would come from support @ invisionpower.com
  3. Im pretty sure anyone who has a mind to want to 'hack' your site, will be able to get the database structure very easily. The default values are also very easily obtained, just by installing the software yourself and taking a look.
  4. Thanks for that 🙂 Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. Please add anything further into the ticket created for you, rather than in here 🙂
  6. Sorry, for clarification there, we provide only apache style redirects
  7. Looks like you are having issues with your google maps api setup there. Are you seeing anything in console?
  8. There is nothing that is built into the software. As mentioned above, really this is something we would expect people would do with their browser
  9. I would suggest checking permissions on your uploads folder there. Are you actively able to replicate the issue, or only seeing them in the logs?
  10. There wouldnt be any simple way in which to achieve this. I would suggest employing a developer to assist you with achieving this. It may be worth looking through the providers section for people who offer these services. There are quite a few offering 3.x upgrades https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
  11. When you say its displaying, where exactly is that showing?
  12. This is incorrect. Support is on the deprecation list. Physical items within store are on the deprecation list. Store itself is not. In answer to your question though, you could disable those if you dont use them.
  13. They could simply use another browser and use the contact form the same as any other guest. There is also the chance people have been accidentally banned, and this would generally be the method they would let you know by. Personally, I just mark them as spam in my email when that is the case
  14. If you are looking to move to us from tapatalk and would like to transfer your data, it may be worth contacting our sales team on this to see what we can offer in terms of data transfer. In terms of getting hold of your data, you should contact tapatalk on this to see if you can get a backup of your data
  15. It will, as that particular message means you have been blocked by the server for some reason. So your site itself is not actually down. If it happens again, please log exactly what you were doing at that point, and the exact time, along with what your IP is at that time. I can then pass that on to see if there is anything we can gain from that information
  16. Just so you are aware, whether it be a request, suggestion, or 'demand' they will be treated in the same manner as every other suggestion. Not all suggestions will make the cut, and would depend on whether or not they fit in with what makes sense at the time of development. I have to admit to being a little confused by this Surely if such an app was being developed to show exif data that currently doesnt exist, then that capture would be part of the 3rd party application
  17. Glad to hear you have the issue resolved 🙂
  18. The only option here at present would be to run default for a while to see if its still happening. I realise that the situation there would mean a stock theme for quite a while for your members, however there really isnt any other way you are going to find the issue, and it does seem to be just for you unfortunately
  19. Even with edge. I use this on a daily basis.
  20. Have you just switched to that PHP version to update your site? Im suspecting you have something installed there which isnt compatible
  21. Ive created a ticket on this for you, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  22. Please let us know what PHP version you are using
  23. This is happening when people post on your site as a guest, using post before register. You actually shouldnt be able to see that post unless they do register, but they are showing on your site. This is very likely the result of one of your 3rd party applications. I would advise on disabling all of those, then trying to do a new topic while logged out in the same section, then logging in as yourself to see if you can see it. You shouldnt be able to
  24. Unfortunately, as before, we are unable to replicate the issue on a stock install.
