  1. Im a little confused by your response there. mov is an accepted filetype, however they are also apple specific and will only play on apple devices. This is not something over which we have control. You can of course limit the uploading to specific types of file if you wanted to do so
  2. There is no way in which to count only new users unfortunately, no. You would indeed need to put a trigger before you can add a milestone such as how long. So you would add "When member logs in for the first time that day" then add the milestone of how long they have been registered
  3. To clarify, this isnt an issue with the software. Its that your browser will not play it
  4. Ive added this one as a bug report, as I suspect this may actually be an oversight. Of course, there may well be good reason for it, but that will be confirmed if it is the case.
  5. Just to explain. It happens because the databases 'page' determines the URLs of all your articles pages. So if you remove it from the page in which the main database belongs on your site, it will remove the link for all articles.
  6. I have created a ticket on this for you, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
  7. If it's your "articles.html" page, its because you actually have no database attached to it. You would need to edit that page, and add the database to the page again.
  8. It sounds like rewrites are not properly working on your server unfortunately. Either that or there is something else also redirecting
  9. ^ this is what will be causing your issue
  10. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  11. I will send you a message from the ticket shortly
  12. You are contradicting yourself a little there. These are either guidance, or requirements. They cant be both. The fact sites are using them doesn't make them a requirement. I understand you may like for these things to exist in the software, and feel free to do a feedback post on these to request changes in the platform if you would like for this to happen. But I cannot stress enough, you cant assume it's a requirement based on sites using them. Just as an example. Almost every site on the internet has a footer of some type on their site. That doesn't mean having a footer is a requirement.
  13. There is no way in which to stop that process once its started, other than manually manipulating it in the database. Of course doing that would mean it would be part processed.
  14. Just having a quick read through there, I feel "requirement" is a little disingenuous here. What you have linked to there is "guidance" and not something that is a requirement.
  15. You would need to gain support form the supplier of that 3rd party application. We would not provide support for it here on the invision community.
  16. Glad to hear you have things working again 🙂
  17. There is no way within the core platform.
  18. Nothing should be recounted. Of course we import the backup which is provided by yourselves. Could it possibly be archived data?
  19. I would suggest checking your server error log for the full message. But from that message there, something has indeed changed somewhere, as its looking for something that no longer exists
  20. Another for snagit 🙂
  21. All I can suggest at this point is to monitor, and if it happens again, disable all 3rd party applications and monitor again.
  22. Its difficult to know how we can really assist you here unfortuntely. As its very intermittent, and only seems to be happening on your end, there isnt really any way for us to investigate.
  23. Taking a look through there, I suspect whats happened there is permissions have been changed that were allowed to guests elsewhere on the site. While there are none there at present, and may not have every been for that specific forum, the topic in question was moved from another forum at some point. The other thing that it may be, is one of the 3rd party items you have installed. If you do see it happen again, please disable all of those while you test this. One thing I can say for sure, is I can see no way anyone would be able to post on there as guest at present
  24. Please update access details on file. At present you have display name there, but your site requires email
  25. Creating a form you can do with the pages application, and you could simply follow the database to get an email. However the custom logc and excel side of things would require custom development to achieve.
