  1. Please provide a link to that item, and we can then take a look for you.
  2. "Comment/reply" is stated as it can be referred to in different ways, depending on where it is. For example, replies to a post can also be called a post. When you 'reply' to a file item, its actually not a reply, it's a comment (as you arent replying to anyone) Im not sure what you mean by the second item, as it depends on what item you choose. Please could you clarify the exact wording (screenshots may be helpful)
  3. That is correct 🙂 Thank you for coming back and sharing the solution for others
  4. Glad to hear you got that upgraded, and thank you for letting us know what was causing it for you 🙂
  5. There is no facility for this at present. The EXIF data would of course be maintained on the original (unless your settings are set otherwise), but there is no facility to copy the data over to resized images
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. Feel free to add your full requirements into a new post within the feedback area 🙂
  8. You really should be upgrading to the latest release if you are upgrading, not a version which is lower than supported. As mentioned by terabyte above, we do not provide old releases of the platform.
  9. The only way it can be showing old code is if it is still caching, so I would suggest double checking that
  10. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  11. You should contact your hosting company regarding this issue. If there are a huge number of requests going to your server, they need to be blocked at server level.
  12. opentype was stating there that you should not have hard coded links in your theme there. If you are unsure if this is the case, you would need to contact your theme designer
  13. This is not something in which we have many any decisions to make changes for internally on the platform, no
  14. Do you perhaps have commerce disabled? If so, thats likely why it doenst lead anywhere
  15. Please check the admin login details there, as these appear to be incorrect unfortunately
  16. What you are having isuses with there is not related in any way to this setting. As mentioned above, if your IP is changing constantly, its very likely this that is causing your logout issues
  17. Im not seeing any issues on this end either. Have you just had an update at all?
  18. question and answers would also be a good thing to have switched on, and hCaptcha appears to be more reliable in stopping things.
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. 21. If there are a lower number of followers then it would attempt to send them immediately. So if the SMTP is slow, then indeed it would be what is causing the delay there
