  1. It looks like its simply being blocked. There is nothing on the IPS side of things that would cause what you are seeing there
  2. Thank you for your feedback on that. With the viewing flag, Ive actually added that as a bug
  3. I would suggest contacting your host about these, as it seems to indicate a server issue in the message
  4. This is because it's a preference of the user. So they would go and switch them on if they would like to see signatures, from within their account settings. Guests is a global on/off as they cannot have a preference
  5. You are correct with this part here. If those counts are correct, it can only be one of 3 things The items were never there The items were there, and the database has been reverted Postcounts have been recounted by someone
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. I understand you would like to see IP on there, but Im a little lost as to what you mean by 'guest user detail'. As a guest, they dont have any user detail
  8. Please check your emails, as a ticket has been created for this. I cannot tell you when you will be able to mark those, as it will depend on what the issue is. The ticket has been escalated to be reviewed by the development team
  9. Thank you. Just reported these internally
  10. You would need to be making a feedback topic on items you want to see here, as these are requests for change rather than bugs (with the exception of the first one which I will test and bug report if needed).
  11. This is correct at the present time. If a post is already approved, and the user has the ability to edit, they would indeed be able to edit that without moderation
  12. I have created a ticket on this, so we can take a closer look for you
  13. I will take a look at this for you shortly. In the meantime, I have removed the email from your post
  14. I would suggest responding on that topic itself. I see they provided a link for a new place to locate this, but the link doenst seem to be valid any longer
  15. Glad to hear you got things working again there This is certainly not the case. In fact we actually changed the terms of new customers purchasing self hosted, just to ensure that its viable.
  16. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. Not any longer, thank you 🙂
  18. Only really to force an account to purchase, unfortunately. It may be better trying to locate the IPs of these guests and blocking at a server level though
  19. I would need to know who the user is, and who you are logged in as. I can then check for you
  20. Apologies on this. There has been an ongoing issue there which we do need to address. Someone should be looking at this at some point later today.
  21. I feel you may still be missing the point there. If they hit the page 1000s of times a second, it doesnt matter what is on the page, whether it be captcha or otherwise. It will still cause issues. This kind of thing has to be taken care of at a hosting level (as we indeed do on cloud)
  22. I have added a note to flag this, but its still an open issue at present
