  14. Please could you clarify what items they are, as Im not seeing any items in black on the calendar. I would need to know the name of the calendar
  15. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

  18. Please clear your browser cache and disable any browser plugins. Im seeing no issue on your site, even on your native language pack
  19. I would think they should do, but please check after the permissions issue is resolved, as its causing all sorts of oddity at present
  20. Ah of course. Thats being looked into at present
  21. If they are spam users, then of course they will get the spam reset requests. The only option at that point would be to remove the users from being able to post. If you know they are genuine users, its possible they have compromised email accounts I would guess. In any case, if they are getting in with genuine login details, even after having them reset the password, thats not really a software issue unfortunately.
