  1. Please show the translated text. Unfortunately, you are pointing to things there Im unable to read, so Im not sure where you are on some places and what the messages are that are being returned. Also, assuming you are referring to uploading, rather than downloading? I would need an example member
  2. The above is correct. If you switch language pack in the top right, you will likely see the names there
  3. If it states its required, you need to enter it. You would be unable to omit this
  4. This shouldnt cause you any issues, as long as its not saying your license is invalid, but if you PM me your sites URL, I can update it for you if needed
  5. I should say its edited at that time, not published. Unless of course it wasnt visible before you made the edit?
  6. I agree its odd, however if its only him and only the one browser, it can only really be something his end
  7. In any filter. Go to the group in the admin CPand switch off "Allow filtering by group" on the first tab
  8. Could I ask what the reason is you would want this? I ask as you can make unsearchable groups at a group level, and wondered if that was the reason
  9. This being the case, it can only be on the users end unfortunately. There is nothing you can set on the system that can change it from user to user in this or any other manner
  10. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  11. Your URL has already been reset, so you should be able to add on the new domain with no issue. What is the problem you are seeing?
  12. There wouldn't be a way in which to do this without someone having to approve them. However, I do have an alternative idea for you. Have you thought about using commerce perhaps? This way you can use forums as you intended in the first place, rather than clubs. So using your scenario above you could create either a subscription or a product, with $0 value with the name "Microsoft user group". Create a group that is added as a secondary group when a user "purchases" that item, which also gives access to x forums content.
  13. I would need example from both yourself and him on a post in order to check this. It shouldnt actually be any different from either of you. In terms of uploading and compression, Im not sure what you mean by you limit, and its exported not to hit compression. If you have compression set, it will be used.
  14. It is worth adding to this, that if you can see Something On the internet, you can download it. Indeed you essentially already have in order to view/listen to it in the first place. While you will see it may be harder on some sites than others due to attempts to obscure file location and the liked (YouTube for example), there are indeed ways of downloading it. If there is a will to download, they will. Please feel free to post a suggestion within our feedback forum if you would like to see something like this appear in the future.
  15. There is no way in which to set a group that doesn't get emails, and how you are changing them currently is indeed the only way
  16. Please let us know if you are still having issues, of course.
  17. This is because the recipient email is not accepting the messages being sent from our server. This has been in place for a while. See the blog on this from back in April last year You can if the same issue occurs. For example, if their server is then rejecting it. They need to ensure the email address is valid, and that its not being blocked in any way. Adding to whitelist for example, so its not marked as spam.
  18. No, they would need to be manually approved. In fact they cant even see the club without this, as they are 'invited' rather than approved. It would be worth reading through the description of each type
  19. No, it would need to be set to private if you wish to guarantee it to be visible only to its members. Closed clubs 'can' have sections in which the topics are only visible to its members, but it would depend on the owner selecting that option when creating each section in the club
  20. That would be the only way, which is not something we have planned for attachments at present. The reality is, there isn't actually anything that doesn't work here. Its simply the browser doesnt support the format.
  21. The above is correct. The permissions on who can see are actually working, based on how you have the club set up.
