  1. The better option here, to be honest, would be to get a mail provider who can deal with your sites volume. We offer integration such as sendgrid for this purpose, which many use to ensure mail deliverability. It may be worth taking a look at that in your case
  2. Its worth pointing out here, that this is incorrect. There is no responsibility on our part to provide EU compliance. That is not to say we do not provide tools to help you do so, as we do. But the responsibility to be compliant on your own site is for yourself as the owner of your site. Please feel free to post up any amendments you wish to have made, to our feedback area. At present you are stating this in an area for tech issues in another topic, and this is not something that has changed in any way at all. Its simply the way it works and has always worked. We're open to change on the platform in all areas, but complaining about something that doesnt work you thought it worked without a constructive suggestion for change is really not going to get you anywhere.
  3. Im not sure what you mean here as they are 2 different things. As they are not physical items, there would be no concept of how many are in stock, but yes users can add products and pay an amount as you can at present There is no status for delivery etc, as there is no longer physical items to be delivered on the platform.
  4. There is no ability to download records at present as thats not an intended function of the platform.
  5. Yes. As previously mentioned, you have added a display name into the login details on file. Your site uses email to log in, so we dont have the details for this
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. Ah I see, on the admin cp 🙂
  8. Please visit the support area of your admin CP and apply the patch shown which resolves this issue
  9. That would indicate you didnt run through the patch completely. As mentioned above, go to /admin/upgrade and complete the upgrade there
  10. Thats something that you would need to enquire within your local jurisdiction. We provide tools that enable you to do certain things within the platform. We don't provide tools that interpret local laws unfortunately. As per the description on the functions there, one deleted IPs from content items, and the other removes IPs from the member history section. These functions have never removed anything from moderator and administrator logs
  11. Glad to hear it 🙂 No problem at all, thats what we're here for
  12. The items you are looking at there are moderator logs. Moderator and Admin logs are not removed during the prune process. This is not something that has changed for this version, and has always been the case
  13. It would have been wrong if I wasnt asked if the product features will still work 😄
  14. If you click to refresh those in System>License key, does it correct the problem?
  15. Anything related to selling a physical item will be removed. Everything else will stay. So unless you are selling and shipping items using commerce, you should be good. What 3rd party authors want to write would really be up to themselves.
  16. You have it set to delete any over 30 days. There are no IPs present I can see that are over 30 days
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. Please provide an example user and ensure access details are up to date on your site. I can then take a look for you
  19. These are things that would be accessed on general web ports (80 and 443 for example), so it's very very unlikely to be that I would think.
  20. Has the task run yet? Bear in mind it runs every 24 hours
  21. So taking a look at this, Im unable to find any common thing between your sites, and unfortunately Im unable to replicate the issue in any way. Of course, its obviously happening, but doesnt really change the fact we cant replicate to see the issue in action. If any of you manage to find a way to replicate and can give me step by step how to do so, please let me know and I can then get this resolved.
  22. We are looking into this, and trying to ascertain information. Unfortunately, while I understand its frustrating, if we cant replicate an issue the only option we have is to explore what other items may be causing the issue. In terms of the hosting provider/third party issues, the reason we explore that first of all, is that these are very often the cause. I assure you, it's of no interest to us in any way to prolong the support experience.
  23. You can select the activity button in the top right which is designed for being able to see all the users content. Is that what you are looking for, or am I misunderstanding?
  24. In answer to your question, you will not lose commerce itself, but you will lose the physical products part of things, yes. So shipping, sizes etc will all disappear from the product entirely
