  1. Do you have any other caching on your server at all?
  2. Yes, that is correct. So the standard URL is being suppressed by this
  3. You appear to be using something that is redirecting the login page to wordpress logins, which is likely the reason why
  4. First thing you want to do there is to test it without any 3rd party theme or plugins. That way you will know for certain which it is
  5. We do not currently share roadmaps. Its something we are aware of
  6. It looks like they have added a step there. You would be choosing "external" unless you specifically have a domain with google and you want to log down google login only to users of that domain
  7. Parent/child themes is indeed what you would want to use there if you have CSS changes that are common across the board. But yes, as mentioned above, pages media is not the area you would be wanting to achieve this.
  8. I have brought this to the attention of our developers 🙂
  9. You can do a little more with products such as limit to certain groups, associate with other purchases, add various renewal options, feature, do licence key integration and a fair bit more. Subscriptions was built to simplify this process, and just offer a subscription model of subscribe/upgrade/downgrade and add to user groups when this happens. They are also presented on their own subscriptions page, which is more built for purpose. Generally, most customers will find subscriptions will suit their purposes better than products. As a general rule, I would say unless there is something specific you cannot do as a subscription, then It's a subscription you would be using.
  10. Yes, thats correct You can force them to choose, yes. Then you can hide the other if needed. Yes, you can indeed do that from the products settings. Either by adding a secondary group,or changing their primary group
  11. Excellent! Glad to hear you got things working. 🙂
  12. Im not sure I understand your question. The login page would be the same for users who are created via CSV
  13. no problem. Please let us know how you do with that
  14. As I mentioned above, you need to update your admin CP details in your client area. Please see the below for details on how to do this if you are unsure
  15. The original item is still open. Unfortunately, it does seem facebook keep changing things on their end.
  16. I would add any further information you have to your ticket. I see Daniel responded on there a short time ago
  17. Its just the name we needed, rather than the full login. We do however need full admin access to the site. This must be populated within your client area, rather than sent via PM. We can then take a look
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. Usually that would be as a result of outdated code in a database template somewhere, so would start with reverting and testing those
  20. This is correct on the front end. You would need to change it as admin if you needed to change the type of club. Please feel free to post this up within our feedback area if you wish to see this change in the future
  21. As mentioned above, these are indeed supported. Taking a look at your system, you need to upgrade
  22. I cant actually see any way in which you will be able to do this unfortunately, as they would both be guests when they attempt registration, and its actually a different subscription you are offering these people. The other issue you have, is if you are using subscriptions rather than a normal product, you couldn't even allow it to only one group, even if you do it once signed in.
