  1. There is no way in which to switch these on by default. If the user would like to see these, they would actively have to activate these
  2. Unfortunately, there isnt really much we can do on our end to resolve what is ultimately a browser issue
  3. It looks like you have the module set not to be visible to that group. So I would check permissions on the module itself. See module permissions here Https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/managing-members/member-permissions-r305/
  4. Its very very unlikely that we would ever implement anything like this, to be honest. A user either wants to be hidden or not. Doing it by forum would simply make the system a little pointless, as you would never have a clear indication of anything. If it were me, I would be saying to the user if you want to hide yourself, then hide yourself.
  5. We do not show roadmaps at the present time. Any information related to changes on the product will be shown in blogs, or indeed in release notes. However I do have comments on some of those This is already possible. You can manually add badges from the admin CP. Go to any member, and on the badges section, click on manage Other than the method above for admin, this is not Something in which is likely ever to be added, as it simply goes against the intention of the system This is already available. If you go to any users profile, you will see badges at the top in the "Your achievements" section. You can also click into that which will give you a full list and count
  6. You can ask LOL. Unfortunately, its simply not possible for us to answer without knowing your server setup. Thats something for your host
  7. If you are facing the exact same issue, then you have a site that hasnt fully been restored. I would suggest checking with your hosting company to see whats going on there though, as you appear to be getting 403s
  8. If you are removing all 3rd party items, then you would be best just to do this Backup backup backup 🙂 Switch off your site Move your server over to PHP 8 (yes, your site will break) Run the requirement checker to ensure you arent missing anything Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader at /admin/upgrade
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. Very sorry to hear you feel that way, however of course you purchased from that very page. Its not possible for us to advise you what features you wish to use on the platform. Only you would know this.
  11. Ideally, delete those gateways entirely (unless paypal. Do not delete that as it will remove payment profiles on paypal itself). Removing cron is also a good idea, as mentioned, but of course that will not stop things entirely. I would ask if you are using commerce on your test platform? If not, you could also remove it entirely if needed.
  12. Im actually a little confused as to what you mean here. You mention Followed by Its not clear why you would be doing this if you have already run the upgrader
  13. This would indicate something that you are running there is not compatible with the PHP version. Have you perhaps also just updated to PHP 8?
  14. Please could you give me an example item you are searching for? I can then take a look for you to see if I can see whats going on
  15. That would look the way to do it, based on what you are asking for, yes
  16. As mentioned by some other here, you could indeed create basic support via the use of pages if needed. I have even seen some people who have just used forums for this purpose, by creating a forum where members can see only their own topics. We certainly appreciate that some users will miss the features than this offered, of course. And we will try and point people in the right direction where we can. If you have anything further to add regarding the deprecation of this (or indeed any other item), please feel free to discuss in the topic provided here. You will see this has however been discussed quite at length.
  17. This is not something in which is possible at the present time, unfortunately. The validation link will always lead to the validation page, which in turn leads back to the main page of your site once validated. If they then click the link and log in, it will of course lead them to the correct location
  18. I think thats the version where the admin CP manages you.
  19. You would need to contact the author of that application in order to gain support. We would not be able to assist with 3rd party applications.
  20. All in due time 🙂 I would say however that we do have plans with commerce throughout v5, although maybe not for the first release. This has been mentioned a few times in terms of us concentrating more on the monetization of the product once the physical sale items have been removed. 🙂
  21. Which is apparently, just fine this morning 😄
  22. It would actually be the other way around. As those as external factors, you really should be resolving those external factors.
  23. There isnt anywhere specific for theses. It would be something you would need customisation to achieve
  24. If they are able to see anything else needing approval, then I wouldnt think so. Unless you dont give permission to see hidden items? If you are unsure, please let me know the name of an example moderator who cannot see these, and I can log in and take a look for you
