  1. That license was already renewed on Thurday last week. So you wouldnt see a renew button in your client area. You have already renewed it. If you are still seeing the items in your admin CP you can dismiss those. If you go to System>License key and refresh, it should actually remove them itself anyway
  2. Just looking at this, you need to ensure you have actually applied the patch. Go to /admin/upgrade and run that through. If it states you are up to date, all good
  3. This is because its an announcement that there is a patch (generally for people) rather than something specific for your own site
  4. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  6. Given your description there, that would indicate caching somewhere on the server.
  7. Have you asked the user there if they did something specifically to log in like that?
  8. Im a little confused as to what you believe should be controlled by the upgrader? Its worth noting here, this is a bug in what is scanning the files, not a bug in the files. We dont have any control over that in any way
  9. Just removed it at it appears to have removed both. Please do let me know if you see that happen again
  10. http vs https however shouldnt
  11. I will pass this information on, thank you for reporting

  13. I would certainly advise on doing that first of all 🙂
  14. Not for this feature no, as its not related to banning in any way
  15. What exactly is it you are seeing when you attempt to create one from the admin CP?
  16. Please ensure you have provided the email used to log in. At present you have display name, however your site uses email
  17. Ive created a ticket for you. Please share anything needed for us to replicate within that ticket

  20. If there is no fix button, you have already applied it. 🙂
  21. This one has unfortunately been missed, which is unsual with this kind of thing. All we can do at this point of course is get them resolved as soon as we can.
  22. No problem 🙂 It was more just to let you know its been resolved there
  23. No problem. Assuming your upgrade then worked as expected too?
