  1. Please see your ticket. This has been corrected for you 🙂
  2. Not at all. He is tapping away furiously at his keyboard as we speak 😄
  3. This was responded to on the topic here
  4. This can only really be an issue on the browser end if it is showing elsewhere
  5. Yes, that would very likely be the issue. We do not yet support anything above 8.1. We will be providing support for 8.2 in version 5. PHP 8.3 wont have even been looked into much as of yet as it was only actually released 28 days ago
  6. Glad to hear you have the problem sorted 🙂
  7. If its manual text you are looking for having added, this can be done through custom profile fields (see link below). However that looks to be groups. At present, you can show only the main group. It appears the site you are showing that from is using a 3rd party modification to show more
  8. That doesnt appear to be the same as the above issue there. I would advise first of all ensuring you test this on a default unaltered theme
  9. There isnt a way in which to do this, unfortunately. You would need 3rd party development in order to achieve this.
  10. I will take a look at this and respond on the ticket you have open
  11. Glad to hear that has sorted the issue for you 🙂
  12. I have just taken a look at what you have there. I would advise on checking what you have entered there, as you are using a regex that is not allowing anything
  13. The user you are trying to sign up with there already exists on your system.
  14. If you are unable to locate the issue from the above, please PM me the email you are trying to change to, and I can take a look
  15. The user was banned entirely just after 11pm, and the reactions were at 4pm (uk time on my end). There has been no interaction with that user in any way since they have been banned from the site. The only other way a user could have been banned before that is if the user was given over 50 points, as per your settings, in warning points. Points on your system expire after 30 days, so the user never hit 50 points, and therefore only had posting restrictions, not a ban
  16. Are they always consistently inconsistent on a consistent server?
  17. Im not sure where it is you read it changed between beta 1 and 2. As mentioned, I have brought it to the attention of our developers
  18. I have created a ticket on this, so we can look further into the problem
  19. Thank you. I will get this passed on so they can be looked into
  20. Could you please give me an example user and items that were promoted, so I can take a look?
  21. I did indeed see those. I was asking if you are still having the issue at present, before I pass the information on about past incidents
  22. I have flagged this up to our developers for you
  23. Please update your site to the latest release of the platform. Its likely what you are seeing there is a bug
