  1. If you take a look at the following, this explains how it works 🙂 https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/using-constantsphp-r25/
  2. I have made a change there. Please let us know if thats not making any difference in a few days
  3. Im quite confused by your response here. Are you responding to the wrong topic?
  4. Feel free to post up a suggestion within our feedback area, if its something you would like to see in future.
  5. If you disabled, did you click to unarchive? Otherwise it will just sit there
  6. And thank you for the constructive feedback. I will certainly get that passed along 🙂 Glad to have you on board
  7. I think you may be missing what Im saying there. There is no "author", so there is no detail to add. There is no URL there for us to add to it as there is no URL to a guess author
  8. If you do adjust them, do not do so directly from that file. You need to do this in a constants.php file
  9. Unfortunetly there isnt really any way in which to do this at present
  10. Glad to see you have what you need. You can read more about the spam prevention items here if needed
  11. I have to be honest, I feel you are really over thinking this. If you are running a site, this will happen at times. Bots mainly, but others will simply actually be guests on the site. Unless there is a specific reason to believe they are causing you an issue, you really should be ignoring them.
  12. You would need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area, as it now contains more files. So you would merge in the new files. Once done, you will see it available to install from System>Site Features>Applications
  13. I have removed the IPs there, but I have them hidden so we can see them. Please update your ftp access details also as this will need to be escalated
  14. Ive created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  15. In order to do this, you would switch off standard login for the front end in the same area.
  16. Before we continue, please apply the patch showing in your admin CP, and also disable cloudflare. Once done, please let us know if this is still happening
  17. Could I clarify here, have you got the member to check this? I ask as without their password you cannot get into that section of their account. Please ask them to screenshot what they see
  18. You mention someone has renewed that shouldnt have. I would need at least the member (ID is fine)
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. We can use either. Its for you to tell us on those settings which you wish for us to use
  21. What you are seeing there is very likely a bug. You are out of date on upgrades at the moment, and I would advise on upgrading. Once you have, see if you can replicate the issue.
  22. If you go to the support area of your admin CP, does it saying anything under the mysql section? Specifically relating to mb4?
  23. You would need to employ a developer for this. You could take a look through the provider database for someone who would provide coding services https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
