  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. Please check mod_security on your server for any errors.Let us know if you have any issues once you have checked this and resolved any issues
  3. The platform is compatible with MySQL 8, yes. Of course you would need to ensure you do full backups of everything and ensure you consult with a server administrator if you are unsure how to successfully perform these options
  4. This is being looked into, as mentioned on your other 2 topics.
  5. I see you submitted one there, however we are awaiting nameservers being updated. Please check your email for responses to your ticket and we can get this sorted for you straight away 🙂
  6. You would upload files where your current files are, only overwriting where there is already a file (merging). If you are unsure how to do this, you would need to contact your hosting company for assistance with this. In terms of the forum completely going off, we would need more information in order to say what you may have done incorrectly there.
  7. I would certainly mention that within the ticket, in case this is indeed related.
  8. Switch off any plugins you are using on firefox first of all, to see if one of those is causing you issues.
  9. Support generally can be slower over a weekend period and escalations can indeed take time. I have however chased this up for you and getting someone to take a look for you.
  10. Testing registration over and over would do that. If you are testing your own site, you should always add yourself to your whitelist
  11. Glad to hear you managed to get that working. Could I ask what issue you were having with the client area?

  13. If they are not physical items, then there is no problem
  14. All we can really say at this point in time is its not something that is currently available within the platform
  15. While I appreciate what you are saying there, the tool cannot access that location unfortunately, and has been used on many many occasions. Have you also checked you are converting from a version in which our converters are compatible with?
  16. This is something you need to contact your hosting company on. If you are getting that message then the path is either incorrect or cannot be access by the software unfortunately
  17. If you uncheck sending reports back to IPS for the mark as spam option, it will send nothing back to IPS on marking an item as spam. On the GeoIP side of things, the IP address would be sent to IPS only, in order to return the ip lookup information, but no identifiable information is sent
  18. No, that shouldn't cause you any issues. Of course, with anything like this, ensure you take full backups before they proceed.
  19. Thats not something possible at the present time. The only automatic removal is the expiry of specific warnings as apposed to their points.
  20. No problem at all. Hope you get that sorted easy enough 🙂
  21. You would unzip what you have downloaded, then upload all the files via ftp, merging with what you already have there. Alternatively if you are on the latest release with all patches added you can just upload the following folder /applications/blogs/ Once you have done this, you will see it show up in System>Site Features>Applications Its not added in the manner you are looking to add it there.
  22. I'm sure Matt will respond to you also there, but if you take a look at the main page, you will see there have been quite a few blogs already on the dev side of version 5 🙂
  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  24. Thanks for the clarification, Nathan 🙂
