  1. As mentioned above, there is no way in which to force add a member at present. Please feel free to post this up within our feedback section if its something you would like to see added in a future release of the platform.
  2. It doesn't matter about it containing other fields, no. Once selected, you will be given the option to map your fields to the fields on the system.
  3. You can use recovery mode in order to restore access to your community. You can see this here
  4. It shoudlnt actually make any difference in terms of licensing, to be honest. However I have gone ahead and done that for you anyway.
  5. Indeed we do. If you take a look here, this is the current pricing. https://invisioncommunity.com/buy And of course, we can help get you over to us with your current site if needed too. If you need any further information, please let us know, and I can certainly put you in touch with our sales team
  6. Ah, I understand. You can pay with apple pay and google pay, but not do automatic recurring payments with them. This can be done only with card payments on stripe at present
  7. Would need an example of those really if you are having issues with uploads in chrome
  8. No problem 🙂
  9. If its not applied, you can apply it from the support section of your admin CP, by clicking the optional patch link showing there 🙂
  10. There was an issue yesterday on the network, which will have been causing that responsiveness issue. With regard uploading, we would need examples if there are other types. We are aware of the issues with webp, and it would only affect webp, so if there are issues with other types, it would be a different issue
  11. Whatever you are changing there, its not changing it on your site unfortunately. So something is overriding your change or its being changed in the wrong place. You would need to contact your hosting provider to confirm which this is
  12. We allow only one test and one live instance within the license structure, unfortunately
  13. I understand what they have said there. I can tell you only that we run replication, and the software does not have primary keys. Make of that what you will of course.
  14. This does appear to be an issue only with digital ocean from what I have seen so far. We indeed do not have primary keys on all tables, but this should not be causing any issues with database replication items. We have quite a lot of replication set up ourselves
  15. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  16. Glad to hear thats now sorted for you
  17. In their account settings, in Security and Privacy
  18. I shall pass this on, thankyou
  19. It will not 'mess up' the oauth, but what it will mean is when people log in, it will say they already have an account and ask them to link it up. So they would have to sign in with their standard login (which would be the one you created with the importer) and link it from account settings
  20. It should actually disappear the next time the task runs through
  21. I have created a ticket on this for you, and will be in contact shortly
  22. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  23. Feel free to create a new topic with what you would like to see, within our feedback area
  24. No problem. Glad you managed to get things working 🙂
