  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   2. Not through banning, no. A ban means they cannot see the site entirely. If you are just moving group instead, the onus would be on yourself to remove any subscription they may have manually.

  8. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  9. In terms of the data, its your data. All you would do is submit a ticket requesting this, along with your verification code (a code requested for you to add by the client area as a customer). We would then provide you with the backup. If thats once a month, no problem.
  10. It's not something I can give specific dates on at present, unfortunately. However, its something we are actively working on.
  11. You cannot customise the ID (the number), as its an ID. If you are looking to add CSS to a group name, you can actually do that directly within the software. If you go to Members>Groups and edit any group, you will see 'group formatting' where you can choose a color. However if you wish to do more than this, such as wrap it in span tags so you can style that way or even add a CSS class, you can do this by selecting 'Use HTML' at the side of that setting.
  12. My confusion as you's were discussing the plugin lol. Cheers I would need an example of this, so we can take a look for you and see what has happened. Have you checked to see if the function is there when logging in as a user?

  16. Please bear in mind Im not a developer of plugins, so this is just my own passing thought. Some of the plugin developers may have more thoughts on this. I would thing a plugin/app is probably your best option here, as you need an extra table and need to ensure you are in control of that table. You would need a plugin/app that adds that table, and adds a task that does the queries you mention above.
  17. I've asked my colleague if he can take a look at this. Just to clarify here, I could not see the issue with the upgrader without running to see the issue in the upgrader. 🙂
  18. No worries 🙂 There are many things, such as whether an item is new, whether people are actively visiting that content and more.
  19. Yes We would not generally go ahead and start an upgrade on someones site. While I understand you are unsure as to why there was a question there, this doenst mean the question wasnt valid. You asked how to upgrade, I asked what message you were getting. You stated it was giving you a message to add a field you dont believe it should be asking you, and I asked if it was causing an issue when you click to add that field (ie, can you continue). I believe these are quite reasonable questions.
