  1. I have just taken a look at what you have there. I would advise on checking what you have entered there, as you are using a regex that is not allowing anything
  2. The user you are trying to sign up with there already exists on your system.

  4. The user was banned entirely just after 11pm, and the reactions were at 4pm (uk time on my end). There has been no interaction with that user in any way since they have been banned from the site. The only other way a user could have been banned before that is if the user was given over 50 points, as per your settings, in warning points. Points on your system expire after 30 days, so the user never hit 50 points, and therefore only had posting restrictions, not a ban

  15. I would need an example of that member. If they are still able to react, I suspect they are not actually banned, as they would only be able to see the ban message

  18. Thee is no capability for this at present. If you wish to see what email notifications have been sent, you would really need to be using something like sendgrid, which tracks what is sent
  19. There isnt a tool which will restore just the commerce part of things. You would need to go through each of the templates and revert them if you wish to do just that product. It would be advisable to contact your theme developer
  20. As mentioned by my colleague above, you really need to contact your hosting company on this. If things are disapearing without any interaction from yourself, its probably way outside of your software that this is happening
  21. No. I mean in Members->Staff->Administrators. If you do not have full permission in there, this is likely to be your issue
  22. My suspicion would be that you do not have the admin permissions to see it there. What user are you logged in as
  23. There has certainly been an issue with parent2 creation. I would advise removing that theme entirely. Please place lavendar 2 under parent 1, and let me know what it is you have tried to override there, that you believe hasn't been overridden.

  25. Im a little confused by this statement. Parent2, is not currently a parent of any other theme, nor child of any theme.
