  1. try that first of all, and then let us know if you are still seeing issues
  2. Are you seeing anything showing up in your system logs?
  3. Its something we are looking at currently. While Im not able to give a specific timeframe, its something we're actively looking at, so would hope not too long
  4. I have got a ticket in from someone else relating to webp, so I think it may well be just that file type. Are you able to confirm this?
  5. Could you let me know the size and type of file you are uploading, so I can test this end?
  6. This can only really be that the files are different for some reason. Are they perhaps being deleted by something on your server after upload?
  7. I've seen your ticket there and this has been sorted for you 🙂
  8. To clarify here, if its not showing on google test as you are showing there, this isnt something over which we have control. What we do have control over is what is in your sitemap. So if you have items you believe are not being added to your sitemap, we can of course take a look at that for you, but we would need specific examples
  9. There is still an open bug report on this at present, as its not something that is a small fix unfortunately
  10. Sorry to hear you have been having issues. We have now resolved these and sites should be back up and running
  11. Sorry to hear you have been having issues. We have now resolved these and sites should be back up and running
  12. Sorry to see you were having problems. These have indeed now been resolved, and sites should be back to normal
  13. Unfortunately the access details on file are also incorrect, so we are unable to correct this on your behalf. If you can update your access details, we may be able to take a look
  14. Its actually built specifically for the purpose of being to import in quite a generic format, so people can use it to import from different sources. As mentioned above, as long as it contains the require fields, and is in the CSV format, it can be used.
  15. This still still an open item at present. It may well be it requires a larger fix that would come in a larger scale release
  16. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  17. I understand what you are saying there, but given we cannot replicate it in any way, there has to be some difference in what we are seeing on stock browser installations and what you are seeing there. So we do need to rule these out
  18. I have tagged this for our developers, but as far as the software front end is concerned, there is nothing specifically to set order, even if thats what it happens to have been doing.
  19. Sorry, Im not following here. You mention the order you set in the form, but there is no way in which to set an order
  20. Im not seeing anything broken on your site at present. We would need it to be in the broken state, or the specific things you are adding to put it in the broken state so we can check this
  21. You would need to check what redirects are in place on your server there, as it seems something is redirecting when you visit that location as in the message
  22. Sorry to hear this is the case. I am unable to advise without knowing what you are missing there. There isnt anything you have added to the conversation so far that the system doesn't already do.
  23. Sorry, Im not sure I understand the question there. Without it currently broke or the exact steps to reproduce on your site, there isnt anything for us to look at. Of course you would need to ensure access details are up to date on file
  24. You can read more about this here
  25. No problem at all 🙂
