  1. OK, now it makes more sense. These are working without any issue. However they are in 2090 and 2091 I would actually suggest checking dates on those other 2 fields, as it may well be what the issue with those is too
  2. You cannot disable those items, you can only change whether or not you get emails from them with the setting to the right of those. In terms of the original bug, that is still outstanding
  3. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  4. I have created a ticket on this so we can get it looked into further for you
  5. Just posted that one as a bug. It seems that topic may have been missed
  6. There isnt really any way around that unfortunately. You would need to mark them as spammers individually which would remove the content alongside them. I realise you are looking for a quick solution there, but there isnt one available I can recommend
  7. As we have mentioned before, we need to concentrate on one issue at at time here. Are you referring to recent activity here? You mentioned profiles before. If so, again we need the name of an item that is being shown in recent activity, but you cannot see elsewhere. Until this is provided, we are unable to assist. For example, if I have a calendar feed, and I have items showing on recent activity. If I can see one named "Football match" on 25th of this month showing in recent activity, and its not showing in x calendar, I would give me that name and the calendar name you believe it should be showing here. Its worth remembering that from your point of view, you know exactly what you are looking at as you know what you are trying to add. We have your feeds, and I can indeed add one of those feeds to my own test no problem at all. So without comparing every item in a very long calendar feed, in various locations on your site, we are at a bit of a loss.
  8. The first thing I note there is relating to your ads. If these are external ads, then it may well be on the suppliers side that they are taking so long in the first place. We are indeed improving on v5 🙂
  9. As blogs are individual in nature, that would tend to be the case. The only way around that would be to create a group blog in the admin CP. It may also be worth considering pages as an alternative
  10. If that is the last thing your host did, then yes
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. The problem here is you have stated there are events that cant be seen, however stated they can be seen on a profile. We need a link to that profile, and the name of the item we can see on the profile, so we can see why it cant be viewed on the calendar. The link you gave us previously was just to your home page of which the user provided has no access to view anything at all
  13. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  14. If they can move them, then they can move in bulk from the category listing by selecting more than one of them (using the checkboxes) and then selecting move. Ive shown this as an example below
  15. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  16. Taking a look at your system there, I notice you are using cron at present. Please could you check and ensure you are not running this more than once on the server?
  17. If you are looking for full automatic login, then its worth looking through the marketplace to see 3rd party items that are available from 3rd party developers. For example @stoo2000 has one here https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/8086-wordpress-sso/ If its just the ability to log in using your wordpress details, you could just add a login handler, but I believe the wordpress plugin may no longer be free. You could take a look at that here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/members-and-groups/social-sign-in/wordpress-r304/
  18. As mentioned, we no longer provide support for that version unfortunately. Looking at that though, it doesnt look like you are trying to run the upgrader, or have uploaded the files yet.
  19. I am logged in there, and cannot see anything on your home page (permissions possibly?). To be clear, I need a specific example. So, as an example, on x page, this y item name is showing, and on z page it is not present.
  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
