  1. Check that you dont have anything showing in the support area of your admin CP before you start an upgrade. I suspect its not set as utf8mb4 on your database
  2. This would actually be correct. You can't 'mention' an anonymous person, and editing cannot be done anonymously unless you remove the ability for people to see who edited.
  3. Im not a developer on the platform myself, but I would suggest going through the documentation that has been linked to above, as developing for 4 is very different to version 3. This is likely what you would need to do what you are looking to do there, but with going through all of it, you are going to hit things that make no sense until you do.
  4. There is no specific link on how to convert from 3.4 to 4.7 hooks, no. Its an entirely different platform, so it wouldnt be so much 'conversion' as rewriting them entirely
  5. Are you checking this on a default unaltered theme first of all?
  6. Check out System>Settings>Web App, which is what I believe you are looking for
  7. I suspect here that guests actually have access to content that members do not, meaning indeed you only have one forum. If you would like for us to take a look, we can certainly do that, but would need the name of a member you are logging in as in order to check for you
  8. I'll certainly mention this internally, however its worth pointing out here this would be an addition to the software rather than a fix as such, as its actually showing what was pasted.
  9. That would be for our developers to look into when looking at the bug report 🙂
  10. There is no way around it telling you that your table column is incorrect, as its not the original. I have reported internally as a bug however
  11. Time will tell 😉
  12. There is no specific place for v5. A suggestion is a suggestion. We would choose the version it was released in. If indeed its added 🙂
  13. In the first instance, please update to the latest release of the platform, and test this on a default unaltered theme. If you are then still seeing issues, we can certainly take a closer look for you
  14. No problem.
  15. I can only say we will have it resolved as soon as possible. There isnt any specific time Im able to put on it unfortunately
  16. Glad to hear it 🙂
  17. Could you just try now your domain was changed, as I know it was a different address previously, and wondering if this was causing the issue. If you then still have the same problem, please let me know and we can get that sorted out
  18. Before I continue, could I please confirm if you have has this enabled prevously?
  19. You would then need to run those, as it states. Once done, try again
  20. Always good 🙂
  21. This has been corrected for you
  22. Ah, sorry I read that incorrectly. We do not have anything specific for ads.txt. However you could just create that in the pages application Nathan beat me to it. He does that 😄
  23. There isnt an htaccess in the cloud environment. Its not traditional hosting in that sense. I do see you have a ticket in, and will take a look at that shortly for you.
  24. That doesnt look to be our implementation there. You should be using the section in System>Search Engine Optimization>Crawl Management if you wish to use your own. Our advice would be to leave it as it is built into the software, of course
  25. You would have to get in touch with the author of that item if you wish to continue with that application, if you are having issues. Glad to hear you found what was causing your issue though
